- KKKreyòl KrazeAug 12, 20261.0DO NOT SHOP HERE - Denied Service at Store #567I am a daily regular at Store #567 (SW 184th & 112th Ave) - breakfast sandwich, Red Bull, lotto ticket every morning. On July 31, 2026, my lotto slip wouldn't scan. The manager on duty, , made an error when filling out a new slip for me. When I politely pointed out the error and asked to play my original numbers, she became extremely rude, told me I wasted her time, embarrassed me in front of other customers, and then told me she was DENYING ME SERVICE.I calmly offered to fill out a new slip myself and she refused. I asked "Are you denying me service?" She said "Yes. "I have tried multiple times to contact corporate/higher management with no response, which makes it seem like this behavior is condoned. As a Black man, I felt my race played a role in how I was dismissed and deemed not worthy of service. No one should be denied service because of their race, gender, etc. I highly do NOT recommend this location or any Racetrac until they address how customers are treated. Unprofessional, humiliating, and discriminatory. Store #567 - Avoid. As of Aug 31, Racetrac replied to my review. Giving me a number to call or to write an email . This display how incompetent Racetrac as a whole is. From store level and up the ladder.. Since the incident happen, literally as i was walking out, i called to voice what just happen to me. I called twice that day and over 5x in the next 2 wks. i got the same response. " Someone will be in touch with you to discuss the situation" But no one ever did. It was not until serval social media post , and one last attempt to call again ( a month later fyi) they gave me the same response. " Someone will be in touch with you to discuss the situation" But this time someone did actual reach out to me. After waiting a month to voice my situation with corporate Its obvious to me why Racetrac employees get away with treating their customers the way that they do.

The woman behind the counter, who said she was the manager, was rude and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain the issue. Customer service was unprofessional, and I left disappointed. I hope management improves how customers are treated in the future.
