  I would always say how great National is compared to Hertz. Would tell everybody to switch over. But I just returned my $327 rental and got charged $858 for nothing. I have called twice and nobody is getting back to me. Not so great.

  frequent customer of this location. very good rental experience at the miami airport. it is always consistent. Choosing a car from the emerald isle is extremely convenient and the car return is also very well indicated. There are plenty of gas stations nearby. Overall, I am very satisfied with the rental experience with national at the MIA airport.

  I'm executive with National (have been for 15 years). Got upgraded to an MB GLE by the guy at the lot. Thank you guy. Gal at the gate wouldnt let me out. Said I didn't qualify to be upgraded to a MB. Really? After 5-10 minutes of phone calls and folks behind me backing up and going to other lines, I was "approved" to be upgraded to MB. I always use National and most often a smooth experience.

  I’ve rented from National for years, I’ve never had an issue using their app. I’ve always expected to pay the price that I was quoted and that’s what I paid. Until my most recent rental where hidden in the charges was a $.40 per mile fee that was not clearly and I mean NOT CLEARLY displayed. I would’ve never have rented the car. Do yourself a favor and really go through what they’re telling you you’re going to pay. DECEPTIVE PRACTICE

  I truly dislike the hassle of renting from MIA. Mostly due to the airport’s structure but recently I reserved a car at MIA via National and all of the “midsize” vehicles were actually compact and many of them had weird smells. The wait to return the car was also pretty annoying but not horrible. When I requested an actual midsize car as reserved for, I was just simply walked back to the fame place I had just told them I left. I 100% appreciate FLL more.
