This was my second service visit with Gary M., and once again he provided an excellent experience. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns while keeping me updated throughout the process. I never felt rushed, and he made sure everything was addressed with care and attention to detail. It’s always reassuring to work with someone who genuinely values great customer service. The Miami Acura really goes above and beyond when it comes to car issues. Their seamless customer service and collaboration between the sales front desk, sales agent and David they allowed me to tow my car to them Tuesday night, right before closing. The very next morning the service department contacted me at exactly 0800 to tell me they inspecting the car to resolve the issue. I couldnt ask for anything more from Acura for having such wonderful employees, they truly know how to helped during a stressful moment.

The salesman David was one of the best I’ve had the privilege of dealing with. He was a gentleman, attentive the customers needs and concerns and went well beyond to make a deal happen not just for myself but my wife as well. I have a sentimental attachment to Acura integra, for it was the first car I purchased for myself at 16 years old. It was a 1990 used 2dr coupe. Fast forward 31 years later I bought another Acura integra. I told David what I wanted and he made a deal happen. He also worked a deal for my wife to get out of her old suv and into a brand new mdx, Thank you again David. And thank you to the entire Miami Acura staff/family from both my wife and I.

My experience at Miami Accura and specifically with my service rep. David was top notch. He found that my car had come with a 2 year service agreement that I was not aware of and so saved me some money along with getting a discount on the rest. Aside from that and most importantly I felt I was dealing with someone I could trust and was pleased to learn that he would be my assigned rep. for any future service ! Plus, the man knows these cars backwards and forward I am in sales so I am keenly aware of the value of establishing trust in relationships with customers so that you keep them coming back.

I had an outstanding experience at Miami Acura purchasing my new 2026 Acura MDX A-Spec.
I originally came in for a routine service appointment, and while I was waiting in the customer lounge, a member of the staff kindly introduced me to Amado Monteagudo. What followed was one of the most professional and transparent car-buying experiences I’ve had.
