    After having some bad experiences with other local auto shops, I decided to give Jiffy Lube a try based on their reviews, and I’m extremely glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Oscar, the manager, who was very knowledgeable and professional, and Yanelis, who was incredibly helpful. Within minutes, they were able to identify what I needed and help me get my car taken care of. What impressed me the most was how smoothly this location operates. Everyone worked together, the service was efficient, and you could tell the employees knew what they were doing. The level of professionalism, organization, and expertise was honestly refreshing, especially in Miami, where finding a trustworthy auto shop can sometimes be difficult. They gave me several recommendations for my car, explained everything clearly, and most importantly, I never felt pressured or like they were trying to upsell me. I got exactly the help and resolution I needed. Oscar, Yanelis, and the entire team definitely earned my business. I’ll be bringing my cars here from now on and recommending this location to everyone I know. Excellent service all around!

    When I walked in to have the oil changed I spoke with the manager. I explained that I had already been to the Jiffy Lube website and requested (2) coupons be texted to me but I only received one for wiper blades and none for the oil change. The manager told me “I have one for you to use don’t worry”. So I sat down in the waiting area. I waited for the oil change to be done and then the mechanic Gabriel came in asking if I wanted a list of extra services in addition to the oil change. I told him no thanks that I didn’t want any additional services just the oil change, but he kept strongly pitching them anyways. So I asked him in Spanish if he heard what I said? Then when he gave me my oil change total and then I asked if he had applied the coupon to this total? He quickly said no and added that he could NOT do this! I explained that the manager had already agreed to do so for me when I first arrived. Gabriel’s attitude was poor and unprofessional at this point and we got into a small argument about it as he simply refused to consider it. I finally went out into the service bay asking to see the manager and they informed me that he had gone out and was at lunch. Another employee then stepped up and told Gabriel to apply the coupon or it was obvious that Gabriel would not have done it. As an American I expect this kind of racism in over in Hialeah where as a “gringo” I get targeted and overcharged. I didn’t expect it so blatantly in Kendall but it is Miami after all. I do think it’s in appropriate to try to charge certain customers more because of their ethnicity! Shame on Jiffy Lube.
