  WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE THIEVES AND MANAGEMENT WILL LAUGH IT OFF.I brought my car here for service, and the employees are criminals, they completely violated my privacy by rummaging through my personal belongings. To make matters worse, they stole my handicap parking permit. Stealing an essential medical device is a disgusting low and it is a CRIME. When I contacted management, both managers played games with me and gave ridiculous excuses to protect their staff instead of addressing the crime. I have reached out to corporate and the owner, but they completely ignore the issue.This location employs dishonest people and management lacks any basic ethics or customer service. I am officially filing a police report for the theft and contacting the Better Business Bureau. Do not trust these people with your vehicle or your personal property. WE carefull if you are a woman and go by yourself and/or if you are an elderly.

  Horrible place horrible staff, they lie to you assuming you don’t know anything about cars and try to upsell you on things you don’t need. They claim transmission fluid evaporates, I guess they don’t have closed systems wherever this person was trained. Do better. Also the 30 dollar off coupon is a scam they up the charge and you end up paying 30 dollars more (even with the coupon) than you would’ve paid at any competitor. I usually don’t praise dealership garages but even they had a better deal than this place. Highly do not recommend coming here, just take it to the dealership and at least get your tires rotated

  They used a impact on my oil drain plug, she told me they are using hand tools but i know what a impact sounds like im not a idiot. They reset my tires to bl 30 fl 32 fr 40 br 40, and got mad when i checked my own oil level before i left, they even threatened to take pictures of me checking their work. I went to the next jiffy lube 2 blocks away right away and they confirmed my tire pressure was wildy out of spec, they fixed it without any attitude or excuses i got from this location.

  I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube and wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing team there. A couple of months ago, I called needing an oil change the same day before driving from Miami to Orlando. Austin C answered the phone, and from the very beginning he had such positive energy, was extremely professional, and genuinely wanted to help. He made it happen for me, got everything done quickly and properly, and really took a lot of stress off my shoulders before my trip. Then recently, my dashboard showed that my oil was low, so I called again and the team kindly topped off my oil at no charge as a courtesy. That level of customer service is rare these days and was very appreciated. I unfortunately did not get the name of the gentleman in charge that day, but he was incredibly kind and helpful. I visited on Tuesday, May 26 around 4:50 PM. The technician who topped off the oil was named Edwin, and he was also very courteous and professional. Everyone there has been understanding, welcoming, positive, and truly focused on helping customers. You can tell they care about doing the job right and treating people well. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone who needs an oil change or service for their vehicle. Thank you again to Austin C, Edwin, and the whole team for the excellent service!
