- MSMario SanchezMay 13, 20263.0Regular sitio para cambiar el aceite de los vehículos, le ayude a un familiar a realizar el cambio de aceite de su vehículo porque me dijo que ahi siempre se lo hacían, pero se presentó lo siguiente, destaparon supuestamente el filtro del aire de la cabina y me indicaron que se debería cambiar ya que estaba muy sucio, yo le dije que lo dejaran así que iba a hablar con el dueño, se tardaron aprox. 15 minutos y pague, pero antes de irme les hice la observación qué porque no habían revisado en el cambio de aceite anterior y le hubiesen dicho al dueño, porque en mi parecer este filtro estaba muy sucio y me respondieron que eso dependía del ayudante de turno de ese día, por lo que vi que no hay política de servicio en el negocio sino la habilidad o la imprudencia del empleado de turno. Me fui y hable con mi familiar y le hice ver dos cosas que no tuvieron en cuenta en ese taller como fue que nunca le recomendaron la rotación de las llantas, están mas gastadas las delanteras qué las traseras, así mismo revise el control de la presión del aire de las llantas y nunca las calibraron para dejarlas calibradas como cortesía o haber recomendado así fuera pago, por eso es mejor o r llavar los vehículos a un concesionario de turno ya que tiene el personal capacitado y la atención al cliente es la mejor. Le dije a mi familiar que yo mismo le iba a cambiar el filtro del aire de la cabina, lo pedí por Amazon y procedi a cambiarlo cuando me llego y ohhh... sorpresa quien revisio el filtro antes arranco el protector qué retiene el filtro, no le quito el tornillo de la base y lo descocoto. Ver las fotos, en ese taller ni personal calificado tienen, no revisan, no recomiendan y si dañan, es para no volver jamas.
