⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I rarely write reviews, but Maximo Redondo of Jet Ski of Miami absolutely deserves one. Although my boat was located several hours away and wasn’t even in their shop, Maximo took the time to carefully review repair documentation, photographs, and technical information that I provided. He responded promptly, offered thoughtful and professional insight, and was completely transparent in his assessment. What impressed me most was that his focus was simply on helping a fellow Yamaha owner. He had nothing to gain by taking the time to review everything, yet he did so thoroughly and professionally. In today’s world, it’s refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to customer service and doing the right thing. His willingness to help gave me confidence in the repair process and demonstrated the level of professionalism that every service department should strive for. Great communication... till they got my money. Waited a while to receive the motor I ordered. Finally got the motor and they stripped off all the accessories they told me to leave on it.. now its been 3 weeks trying to contact them for my parts back, final spoke to owner about it, he said he'd send them out.. another two weeks waiting and haven't seen the shipment.. not a happy customer as I have now missed father's day on my ski which definitely should have been done by now..
