  I would not recommend this dealership, especially to women. I felt like the staff assumed I didn't understand cars and spoke to me in a condescending manner. Rather than being transparent and helpful, they were vague about important information and became defensive whenever I asked questions.

  This was one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had. The staff were friendly only until they thought they had a sale. After that, they were rude, misleading, and unprofessional. The dealership did not meet the expectations set by their advertisements, and I felt completely misled throughout the process. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

  Ese negocio es muy deshonesto con las personas que desean adquirir su primer carro , engañando y alterando las condiciones tecno mecánicas de los vehículos para hacerlos ver interesantes. No responden por fallas mecánicas ni por el estado interno del vehículo “ plagas en el interior”. MUCHO OJO …..NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR!!! That business is very dishonest with people who want to buy their first car, deceiving and altering the techno-mechanical conditions of the vehicles to make them look interesting. They are not responsible for mechanical failures or for the internal state of the vehicle "pests inside". A LOT OF EYE ..... DON'T BE FOOLED!!!!

  I would not recommend doing business with Italy Blue Auto Sales. My experience was extremely unprofessional. The employees were rude and disrespectful, and communication was very difficult because no one seemed to speak English unless it was time to collect money. Customer service should matter, especially when people are spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle. The way customers are treated here is unacceptable. I strongly suggest others be cautious before doing business with this dealership.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Italy Blue Auto Sales. The employees were rude and disrespectful during my visit. Communication was extremely difficult because no one seemed to speak English unless it involved collecting money. Customer service should be a priority when dealing with people making major purchases like vehicles. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business here.
