    I been coming to dealer for the past 10 years and doing buss with Mr Moe Yehya and I have been having the most respectful experience with him since the first time and I have never been disappointed by him or the honda dealer all the employees that help me in the past are very nice and very professional but Mr Moe always have gone far and beyond Iam very happy with your company

    Dear Honda Finance Management,I am writing to formally lodge a severe complaint regarding my 2025 Honda Prologue lease/finance agreement and the unacceptable level of customer support I have experienced.Since taking possession of this vehicle, I have been dealing with an active, unresolved issue regarding a noise when you turn left or right unresponsive infotainment]. Despite bringing the vehicle to an authorized dealership, I was informed that the company does not currently have a fix, parts, or an adequate solution to resolve this defect. Worst of the worst thank you for nothing!!!

    One of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. They were, unprofessional, and completely changed their attitude after the sale. I asked to see paperwork just to confirm the price and they denied it said it was all in a flash drive. This was supposed to be a gift car they could of show simple paperwork … as a business owner I would never say no or later to a client they have a lot to learn Poor communication, broken promises, and zero concern for customer satisfaction. Big disappointment don’t BUY HERE they need to learn to talk to client and follow the same attitude till the end

    I recently purchased a 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid from this dealership and had an extremely frustrating experience. First, a big shoutout to my salesperson Alex. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the car-buying process pleasant and even enjoyable. If you’re shopping here, ask for Alex or Jaylene. During the transaction, unwanted add-ons and other warranty product were included despite clearly stating “no add-ons or warranties.” The finance representative said, “it came with the car,” even though these are optional add-ons. This significantly increased the total cost of the vehicle. I also noticed the total amount being financed was higher than expected after factoring in my trade-in. When I questioned it, I was told it was likely due to my bank’s internal financing process involving trade-ins. This later turned out to be incorrect, which further raised concerns about transparency. Lesson learned: these add-ons are NOT required to purchase a vehicle. You have the right to decline them, and they should be removed if you do not want any warranties or extra products. Do not be pressured or misled into thinking otherwise. After discovering these charges, I had to request cancellations and refunds. While I have received a partial refund, I am still waiting for others to be resolved. This process has been time-consuming, unnecessary, a financial imbalance that is disrupting my future plans and should not have happened in the first place. Overall, the experience felt misleading and, in my opinion, very shady. It’s causing me to lose trust in the dealership. What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a stressful situation that could have been avoided with proper transparency. I strongly urge future buyers to carefully review every document, ask detailed questions, and decline any add-ons you do not want before signing.
