  Had to get towed out of The Keys to get tires same day. Ray hooked me up and performed an incredible service for me. Even with a very long wait time on the tow truck, they had guys ready to get me back on the road in less than an hours time.

  Excellent experience from start to finish! The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient, especially Rey, who was incredibly helpful throughout the visit. My tire was changed in under 25 minutes, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The store is also very clean, organized, and well-run, which really stood out to me. Everyone was welcoming and worked together as a great team. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone needing tire service or engine work. Great prices, outstanding service, and amazing staff overall!

  I take my car here semi regularly but this time was the final straw. Whats the point in waking up first thing in the morning, being the first person in for a simple oil change when you are gonna make me wait 4 hours to only then start on my car. I could go to valvoline and get it done in 10 minutes. Dont come here.

  I had a first great experience with this good year and the service manager Rey Azúcar and his team. Then a second great experience with Juan Carlos and a flat tire on a late Saturday afternoon when they were almost closed, and they took care of me!

  It seems to me they try to upsell you something you probably really don't need, or dont need right away but they make it sound urgent. Like spark plugs when you went in for a battery and the vehicle only has 40k miles.
