They promise you one car and then when it’s time to pick it up, suddenly the car needs to be “serviced” and you’re stuck with something you don’t want. Had me waiting for an hour to receive the car only to find out it needs to be serviced. Then they sent my husband to the other Enterprise a few blocks away only to be told it was closed. Next time we’ll choose Hertz.
