  This location is awesome. I had a personal thing come up and needed to get rid of the car ASAP. I called the main enterprise 1-800 number but they told me I would need to bring the car to one of the major airports in Florida, all very far away. I stopped in here and spoke with John and he helped take the car right away for no extra penalty. He saved me big time. Thank you John!

  This was the best Enterprise i've been to! Mike and Rubert were so helpful & very Kind. I had gone to another Enterprise right before this one to pick up a car I had reserved which they did not have, so I went to this one. I got there about 10 min before closing and Rubert made sure I got the car I needed, I could tell he actually wanted to help and gave great customer service. Experiences like these make anyone want to come back. Thank you!

  Honestly trash service , they allow you to reserve a car even if they don’t have it just because they “expect” it to be brought back , then on top of that they had me wait “to see what they could do” and the only thing they offered was a ford f150 pick up truck . While I was waiting they had a car be returned and the said it was reserved for someone else from a month ago … even though that was clear bullshit. If I could leave a 0 I would . And don’t try calling customer service they will ask you the same questions and refer you to places not even remotely close to you . Enterprise do better.

  Several factors have earned them 3 stars but mainly attention to detail. Misspelled email was put in to the system and even after that was brought to their attention it was not corrected. Wrong phone number was utilized as i was registered in the system as a prior client from a company that i no longer work for. It is almost impossible to get a person on the phone so went in person to correct these issues and request a different type of vehicle and was told they did not have what I was looking for but would be available by the end of the day and i would be called. Three days no call back. Although the staff is friendly enough this does not make up for the bad service. Too bad, 3 weeks driving a car that i didn't want.

  I thought I found my ideal car rental place after having a good experience last year, however, after a having a bad experience this time around, unfortunately I won’t be returning. Long story short, they gave me a 12- passenger Sprinter that wasn’t well equipped, leaving me to experience frustration, stress, unexpected monies spent to fix the problem and ruined plans. Spoke to Rupert, and Jonathan who are managers, and we are going on the third day with no contact and no resolution or to make this right. The treatment is disrespectful and really disappointing. UPDATE: I wanted to update my post because the Area Manager, Sheila, called me and listened to me. I greatly appreciate her professionalism and attentiveness to my experience. I also appreciate her willingness to help me and help her team be better at handling customers. I hope that from this experience we can continue to have a relationship. Thank you again Sheila.
