- JGJaime Guylitto3 days ago5.0Rodney the manager was extremely helpful, nice and accommodating. He truly cared about our experience and went above and beyond. He gave his personal cell phone number two me and said if I need anything at all during my rental time to reach out and let him know. This location truly has good customer service and we will be returning back to this location to rent a car whenever we return to Miami. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality
- MCMichelle Cox5 days ago1.0Booked a car a week ago. Arrived at the time and was told they have no vehicles. They couldn't even transfer the reservation to a different location. I had to book it elsewhere and with a different company. Out $40 to get to this location and wasted an hour of time.

They told us to go to the airport and offered no assistance. We are at advanced auto trying to fix the car ourselves. The 800 number offered no help either.

I had a booking confirmed, I booked direct through Enterprise‘s website. I checked out of my hotel, got a taxi to pick up the rental and was told there were no cars! Complete waste of time and money. They didn’t even offer another car from another site. The whole thing felt like a scam. I would not trust these people.

I had a major problem when I tried to return the car this morning..Miami downtown was shut down due to helicopter activity..I called the local office and Victor Vargas assured me everything was going to be ok..he waited for me and made the panic go away..:)
