  Servicio lamentable. Teníamos un coche de 8 plazas reservado a las 8.30 h a.m. Al ir a recogerlo nos dice. Que no hay coches disponibles porque el que teníamos que alquilar había sufrido un golpe. Nos envían al aeropuerto pagando nosotros el taxi. No ofrecen solución y nos niegan la hoja de reclamación. El encargado falto de habilidades para resolver imprevistos y parece ser que no se pueden poner en contacto con otras sucursales porque no tienen teléfono (en el siglo XX).

  We had a great experience with Enterprise Rent A Car in Brickell! Victor helped us when we picked up our car, and he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the entire process quick and easy. The car was very clean, smelled great, and was ready for us when we arrived. Returning the car was just as easy. Rodney helped us with the drop off, and the entire process was quick, smooth, and stress free. Everyone we interacted with at this location was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Overall, we had a really great experience from pick up to drop off. The entire process was simple and efficient, and the excellent customer service made everything even better. A big thank you to Victor and Rodney for taking such great care of us! We would definitely rent from this location again and highly recommend them.

  Completely unreliable! I reserved a car for July 14, 2026, one week in advance. On the very day I made the reservation, I even received a phone call from the branch to reconfirm my booking. When I arrived on the agreed date, I was told that they had no cars available. Their only explanation was that previous customers had not yet returned their vehicles. The only alternative they offered was to go to the airport and start a new rental there from scratch. Terrible planning and completely unacceptable customer service. Very disappointing. After reading the reviews now, I realized that this is not an isolated incident but something that appears to happen on a regular basis. I ended up renting a car from Hertz Downtown at an even better price than the one Enterprise had offered me.
