  De'Andre and Obi are incredible. My company deals with both of them and each staff member of our team have the same positive interactions with them. When we are being attended to, they acknowledge every other customer that enters and assures them they will will be attended shortly. Each of them are very meticulous in explaining the lease agreement and always has an answer for questions asked. And they have gone above and beyond on several occasions in finding a certain vehicle that suits our company needs. Two absolutely remarkable representatives for Enterprise. We look forward to their stellar assistance upon each visit.

  for customer service and if you call them, you never can find an agent on the phone and second thing is the price is seems to be a rip off because if you drop the cars early, you need to get an adjusting because many locations has no drop off and then they don't have any shuttles for you to go to the airport like it's not convenient for customers. They should make it convenient for customers. .

  Obi and the whole crew are absolutely phenomenal! They have always gone above and beyond but, after the last visit, they truly hit a completely new tier of amazing. Their attention and quality of service is unlike any other I’ve come across and I can’t recommend them enough.

  They don't even deserve a star! This place is a scam. They made a verbal agreement with me and then did the old bate and switch. They charged me close to $800 instead of $300 they said it would cost to tow the car back. They harassed me for over three months with emails and letters every week. Even after the facility manager told the collectors to stop they continued to collect and harass me. The worst business practices you will ever experience. I even showed up at their facility and was promised by the manager himself this harassment would stop, the manager higher up decided to continue to press for charges. I never even saw the bills they claimed to have received. Don't be fooled by they nice speech. Rent a car from anywhere except here. This is not how business is done. It is unlawful and they know it and they still pursue it. I'm currently in the process of getting a lawyer to sue them the terrible harassment they continue to put me through. They lied to me over and over again and cannot be trusted. Don't believe them. They will scam anyone they can.Keep reading the reviews and you will see. This is not the first time.

In particular, I would like to recognize and thank Mr. Orbein “Obi” Suárez, Branch Rental Manager, who, together with his coworker, provided me with the best vehicle rental experience I have ever had. Without a doubt, it was the finest car rental experience I’ve experienced. Please extend my congratulations and gratitude to Obi and his coworker for their exceptional customer service. They made me feel genuinely valued, and I will certainly choose Enterprise again for my future car rentals. I would also like to congratulate Enterprise on the excellent quality of its vehicles. I was fortunate to receive a 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander, which still looked and smelled brand new. It truly made for an incredible experience! Thank you very much for such outstanding service.
