  I would like to express my sincere appreciation and congratulate Enterprise for the outstanding quality of service I received during my recent car rental experience. In particular, I would like to recognize and thank Mr. Orbein “Obi” Suárez, Branch Rental Manager, who, together with his coworker, provided me with the best vehicle rental experience I have ever had. Without a doubt, it was the finest car rental experience I’ve experienced. Please extend my congratulations and gratitude to Obi and his coworker for their exceptional customer service. They made me feel genuinely valued, and I will certainly choose Enterprise again for my future car rentals. I would also like to congratulate Enterprise on the excellent quality of its vehicles. I was fortunate to receive a 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander, which still looked and smelled brand new. It truly made for an incredible experience! Thank you very much for such outstanding service.   This time I rented from the North Miami branch. Oh my goodness Deanna and Nickita were so incredibly nice. Both super friendly professional and nothing but smiles and kindness. I observed Deanna on the phone with a customer and it was customer service at its best. I am a retired CSR and have found the art of excellent customer service fading but not at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Thank you for the excellent service.
