  The representative Ryan P. O' Neil was very professional, polite, & patient with me lol. I say with me because I was tired & a little demanding lol but he maintained calm & patient. I'm sorry Ryan but he's very professional & it looks like he has years of experience because of the way he handled my anxiety/tiredness. I always get cars from them when I get work done on my car at Kendall dodge. Thank you Ryan.

  Renting from ANY Enterprise is a horrible idea. But this location is bottom of the barrel. Needed a car while mine was at the body shop after an accident. The first car they gave me ended up having issues and they needed to change it for a second. Now if that was all that happened, while extremely annoying, it wouldn't have been a negative star experience. However, we paid a deposit for 12 days, ended up only using 10 days. Enterprise promptly refunded the 2 days down to the penny... so all good right? WRONG! A week later we get 3 more charges to the credit card totaling over $900. They said we used the car for another 13 days after it was returned and we were already refunded for the 2 days we didn't use. Talked to the branch, was told the manager personally put the charges onto our rental agreement and it would be difficult to reverse. But as it turned into 2 MONTHS of trying to get them to reverse, it was obvious they had no intention of even trying. Reached out to the Enterprise headquarters billing department, left voice mail and sent emails... NEVER a single response. Fortunately the credit card company sided with us and reversed the charges. Of course, this got their attention. We now get all kinds of emails telling us we owe the money. We emailed their Consumer Collections Department, who actually was very nice and wrote an email from their email on our behalf to their own company... then proceeded to tell us a few weeks later THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO GET A RESPONSE!!! So there was nothing they could do. At this point, I'm imposing the Golden Rule. Do on to others as you'd have done to you. If they won't respond to our emails, we won't respond to theirs. We will deal with the credit report, which I'm sure they will report to, on a separate basis. At least Experian, Equifax, etc. respond to emails. Never again, I'll get a friend to help, or take a Uber before I ever rent a car from Enterprise or any subsidiary.

  This enterprise location has the worst customer service I have experienced thus far. I have made several attempts to be picked up at a body shop close to their location, when they arrived 30 minutes later they called me twice, I didn’t hear my phone. The call was made at 1:57 pm to me, I called back at 1:58 pm 3 times no one answered. I waited 30 minutes, they couldn’t wait 2 minutes for me. Now they are saying I have to wait another 30 minutes. People are busy, in my opinion, the lack of respect towards their customers schedules is unacceptable from this type of company. Geico should look into the service that is being offered to their customers, since this is the only reason I am dealing with Enterprise.
