  This is one of the worst places to rent a car from. The managers don’t seem to care about their customers, especially during emergencies. They gave me a vehicle that was not in good condition and still charged me full price. I would not recommend this location to anyone. You’re better off going to a different Enterprise location.

  Reserved a luxury BMW but was given a Wagoneer that reeked of marijuana. The smell never went away—even after staff tried to mask it—and made my wife feel sick. On top of that, the vehicle shook noticeably at highway speeds, which felt unsafe. We reported everything, and while the staff was polite, the condition of the vehicle was unacceptable. To make matters worse, we were incorrectly told we returned the car with less gas, which I was able to disprove with a photo. Very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

  Another useless experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I rented a vehicle from the 136 Ave / 128th St location under a special body shop rate. Everything was fine at first, but when my car repair got extended another two weeks, things went downhill fast. I returned the car to the Perrine location while I was out of town for a few days (didn’t make sense to pay for it to sit unused). Now that I’m back and still need a rental, neither the Perrine nor Palmetto Bay locations will honor the same rate. Instead, they’re forcing me to go all the way back to the original Kendall location near the body shop. So now, because of their lack of flexibility and poor customer service, I have to Uber across town just to get the same rental I already had. No solutions, no accountability, and no consideration for the customer. Very frustrating experience and definitely not what I expected. Jason needs to be trained in customer service finding solutions for the customer. ----------------------------------------------------------- ADDED TO MY REVIEW AFTER THEIR SCRIPTED REPLY. Why even bother replying? You already blew it. I’ve wasted enough of my time dealing with this. Your only “solution” is for me to Uber all the way to Kendall just to get the same body shop rate—how does that make any sense? You’re the same company, yet none of your locations can work together or honor the same rate. Because of this mess, I wasn’t even able to pick up my son from school at 3 PM. That’s completely unacceptable. And now you want me to go through your contact form just to get even more of a runaround? No thanks.

  I would like to thank Jason Ferguson for helping my brother get his rental at a crazy time. Jason went above and beyond trying to make things proper and right for what was offered. He was very patient and understanding. He also thoroughly made sure my brother was satisfied with everything and advised him of the coverage. Management, if you're reading this. PROMOTE HIM IMMEDIATELY!!!
