Terrible service. You reserve a car and they don’t have it . They will try to get you to take another vehicle which will cost you more or not meet your needs. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to not have a rental

I recently rented a car from Enterprise and returned it on Saturday, July 25. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my SunPass in the vehicle. I didn’t realize it was missing until Thursday, July 30, at which point I immediately deactivated the SunPass and contacted the rental office for assistance. I understand that it was my responsibility to remove all of my personal belongings before returning the vehicle. However, a SunPass is different from most forgotten items because it can be identified through its serial number, and the rental history should make it possible to determine which vehicle it was left in and how much the current customer renting the vehicle used on the SunPass. When I first called the office, I was told to contact another department, but they were already closed for the day. When I called back the next business day, I was then told I had called the wrong department. What disappointed me the most was the customer service I received from the assistant manager, Aileen. Rather than listening to my concerns or transferring me to a manager as I requested, she abruptly transferred me to an unknown number in the middle of our conversation. When I called back, she immediately placed me on hold again without giving me the opportunity to speak. I also requested a call back from the branch manager, Hector. It has now been three days, and I still have not received a return call. The lack of follow-up only added to my frustration and made me feel that my concerns were not important. My frustration is not simply about the lost SunPass, I accept responsibility for leaving it behind. It is about how my concern was handled. I expected empathy, professionalism, and a willingness to help or at least connect me with someone who could provide further assistance. Instead, I felt dismissed, unheard, and ignored. I hope Enterprise will use this feedback to improve how customer concerns are handled, especially when a customer is simply asking for assistance and respectful communication.

This was the worst rental car experience I have ever had. I made a reservation for a minivan over a month in advance for an important family trip, and I even confirmed the reservation one week before my arrival. When I arrived at the location, there was no van, no minivan, and no explanation about what happened to my reservation. The most disappointing part was the lack of customer service. The manager was standing right there and did not even make an effort to help, find a solution, or explain the situation. I felt completely ignored, as if I was not even there. A reservation should mean something, especially when a customer plans a family trip and depends on having the vehicle they booked. This location failed completely in both service and responsibility. I would not recommend this Enterprise location to anyone. This was by far the worst rental car office experience I have ever had.
