- JDJoel Dominguez2 days ago1.0My company has a national account with Enterprise, and I had a four-day rental reserved more than a week in advance. When I arrived Sunday evening to pick up my vehicle, I was told that no cars were available. There were approximately 18 vehicles on the lot, but I was told they all had issues and could not be rented. I asked if they could provide transportation or an Uber to the airport location so I could obtain a vehicle there, but they declined. As a result, I missed an appointment and had to purchase a last-minute airline ticket. I contacted Enterprise customer service and was told my issue would be escalated to the Area Manager and that I would receive a call within 30 minutes. Two days later, I still have not received even a courtesy call. I understand that unexpected vehicle availability issues can happen, but the lack of assistance at the location and the lack of follow-up afterward are extremely disappointing, especially with a national account reservation. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I reserve from this location.
