  This Enterprise location was a pleasure to rent from. Very friendly staff and our rental was available immediately for us to pick up.

  I rented multiple times at this location, and never got disappointed. Jonathan Garcia is always professional and provide the best of the service. He ensure the cars are up to standard and he is always available to answer any question.

  Made a reservation for a Minivan, had a confirmation and even went as far as check-in on-line. Received two call to call them and i did, they indicated that they had over booked and if i wanted a minivan i need to come in the day before or early in the morning when they opened. Arrived at 7:10 am to make sure i would get the minivan, when they opened the door i was informed that no minivan was available and that at least 13 other people were in the same boat, which is not my problem. Then i was told that cars were coming, being brought in form Key West and not the airport because they were in the same predicament. Was told that it would be a couple of hours and that they would call me. They asked me multiple time how many people we were and told them each time that we are 7 and that a small SUV would not do. When i pressed the Asst Manager BreAsia for a more accurate time, she said she would look, 10 minutes later she told me that it would not be before the evening, which would not help me as i need it by noon. So i asked her to cancel the reservation, to which she responded that i would need to go on-line to cancel it. To which i then replied that she need to do it because i was not going to do her work, some how miraculously she was able to cancel it, or so she said, we will see if that is the case. She insisted that it was corporates fault for allowing so many reservation to take place knowing that cars would not be available. If that is the case that is very poor planning on Enterprise's part. Not happy at all, i expected a lot more from Enterprise.
