  Great professional service from Shaddi and Reinaldo when I had to unexpected leave my car in the shop for a week. They quickly picked me up , had a great conversation on the way to enterprise with Rei and Shaddi secured me in a nice rental for the week. No stress no hassles just smooth transition from pick up to drop off. Thank you gentlemen ! 🙌🏻 💯

  Cuidado con hacerle un un rayoncito a el carro ya que te pueden cobrar precios locos y exorbitantes además de incluirte cualquier cosa que haya tenido el carro anteriormente te robarían tu dinero y te cobrarían muchas penalidades no Les recomiendo que renten un carro con esta empresa ninguna de sus locaciones

  I had an outstanding experience with this Enterprise location! Bri assisted me with renting a 15-passenger van for my family, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. During the vehicle walk-through, Bri took the time to point out a few existing defects before I left, which gave me peace of mind knowing I wouldn't be held responsible for them when I returned the van. That level of honesty and attention to detail really stood out. To top it off, I accidentally left an item in the van after returning it. The team found it and made it their first priority to call me the next morning. Thanks to their quick response, I was able to retrieve my belongings without any issues. Top-notch customer service from Bri and the entire team. Professional, honest, and genuinely caring. This is exactly how customer service should be. I'll definitely be renting from this location again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great rental experience!

  I had an amazing experience at Enterprise! From start to finish, Shanti, Johnathan, and Yancarlos went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for me. I recently had surgery, and they were incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the perfect car that was comfortable and suited my situation. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I truly appreciate all of their help and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Shanti, Johnathan, and Yancarlos, for making me feel valued and supported. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for exceptional service!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Enterprise needs to be more transparent with its customers. I was disappointed by unexpected charges and the lack of clear communication regarding them. When I reached out for clarification, the experience was frustrating and unhelpful. What made matters worse was being allowed to reserve a vehicle that wasn’t actually available. Upon arrival, I was offered alternatives I didn’t want, and I was told that pricing had changed, despite my original reservation. The entire process felt misleading and poorly managed. Between the unexpected charges, last-minute vehicle changes, and poor communication, this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in Enterprise. I expected much better customer service and accountability from a company of this size. I will never use Enterprise again, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.
