This ...I hope will be the only time I will 1 star them. I have always received excellent service from them till today. The young man that was helping me was doing just that great service and he told me and a lady by the name Breasia Thomas who had her head more on the phone then taking care of the customers in the office. That he would be driving me to my drop off once he finished with the present customer. Breasia sent another employee for a pick up and all the while having me to wait which I was already done. She even scolded the person helping me as to "you will tell me on this like this" Which he did . Someone needs to explain to Breasia to take care of yourself customers in office first before burying your head on the phone.

Absolutely horrible experience with Enterprise.
I got a loaner car through Hyundai while my car was in service. When I picked up the vehicle, I ONLY approved the protection plan for the first 5 days because I had no idea how long Hyundai would keep my car. Hyundai then delayed the service for almost 3 more weeks, and Enterprise kept charging me for the protection plan for the entire time WITHOUT my authorization.
Nobody told me I had to call or physically come back to cancel it. It was never clearly explained, never re-approved by me, and I never even received a receipt showing those charges. Somehow I’m just expected to magically know I’m being charged extra every day?
What made this even worse was the customer service. I spent over an hour trying to get someone on the phone just to ask basic questions about the charge. When someone finally answered (I believe the manager), she was incredibly rude and condescending, talking to me like I was stupid for questioning unauthorized charges on my account.
And their final response? “The account is already closed so we can’t refund it.”
So basically: charge the customer without proper authorization, fail to explain the policy, provide zero communication or receipts, then hide behind “the account is closed” when the customer complains. Completely unacceptable and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

I reserved a rental through the GEICO system because the quoted price was within my insurance coverage. When I arrived at the Enterprise location, I was told the quoted rate would not be honored and that I would need to either accept a more expensive vehicle or go to another location.
Paying a little more was not really the issue. What disappointed me was the lack of concern about honoring the reservation price shown through their own booking process. Customers should be able to trust the rates presented during a confirmed reservation.
What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing smaller compact vehicles in the parking lot while being told that only the more expensive option was available.
My interaction regarding this issue was handled by Branch Rental Manager Jonathan Garcia.

Gostei bastante ótimo carro alugado ótimo atendimento pessoal bem atencioso rápido no atendimento vou alugar novamente. Eles tem serviço de Uber para levar pessoa ou o carro até o hotel. Muitíssimo melhor que Avis Budget.

Tengan en cuenta que si rentas un auto con anterioridad ellos te hagan quedar mal, puede que el día que vallas a recogerlo no lo tengan.A nosotros nos sucedió.La renta del auto era a las 11 am y cuando llegamos a buscar el carro nos dijeron que no había ninguno disponible, que había que esperar que algun cliente llegara a entragar para poder darnos uno.Bueno pudimos conseguir el auto 2 horas despues, gracias a que un cliente entregó uno.Luego de esas dos horas de espera tuvieron que fregar el carro que estaba sucio, otra media hora más.Eso está super mal, se supone que el carro estaría allí esperando por nosotros puesto que habíamos hecho la reserva 15 días antes y fuimos personalmente a la oficina donde nos aseguraron que no habría problemas, incluso el día anterior a la reserva nos llamaron para preguntar si era seguro y dijimos que sí y ellos dijeron que no había problemas.Esto nos sucedió en la oficina del Doral que está ubicada en la 107.
