  This location has the best team! Even though there are other Enterprise locations closer to my home, I prefer driving here for their professional customer service. Always a great selection of cars available. Thank you Gabriel Rodríguez. Thank you the whole team for the hard work !

  Customer service was extremely disappointing. I arrived with my two young boys after being sent from GMC to pick up a rental car while my vehicle was in the garage. After completing all the paperwork, I was informed that I needed to provide a $50 deposit using a physical card. I offered to pay with Apple Pay and even provided all of my card information, but they insisted that only the physical card would be accepted. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of empathy or willingness to help. The representative simply said that if I didn’t have the card, I couldn’t take the rental and that they would call the garage to pick us up. At no point did anyone suggest that I could quickly go home and retrieve the card, even though I live only two miles away. The entire interaction felt cold, uncaring, and customer-unfriendly. Zero empathy. Zero customer service. Very disappointing experience.

  El peor servicios de todo el señor que nos recogió en el taller dijo que llegaba en 10 minutos estuvimos esperando por 45 minutos y luego nos dijo que había que esperar a alguien mas que llegaba y eso tomo 10 minutos adicionales llegamos al lugar y atendieron a todos los que llegaban menos a nosotros sera porque la otra si hablaban ingles no lo se estuvimos una hora a punto de cerrar la tienda y ellos no solucionaban nada que mal servicio de verdad. No te explican nada atienden q los que llegan de último estuvimos ahi por una hora y media sin darnos nada tuve que levantar y decir algo para que dijeran ya estab arreglando su carro.
