  I have just had the most horrible experience, not only at any enterprise rental car company customer but as a customer anywhere. I have been a customer of enterprise Rent-A-Car for many years as a matter of fact, we just rented a vehicle from another enterprise office because one of our personal vehicles had an accident and another member of my family is driving that vehicle who is under the insurance policy as the enterprise team instructed to me that this was appropriate. Through my work, I reserved a vehicle the following day at enterprise as well. No issues on Completing the reservation under my name. Then Ubered to this office, pick up service has never been offered to me as they advertise profusely. And at the center The manager, Michael Mendoza Treated me horribly. I asked for his leader he stated multiple times that he did not have a leader I said is there anyone above you? He said he would be the one to make the decision here. After Over an hour of being there, treated inappropriately and insulting and embarrassed in front of other customers and staff. he tells me that his regional manager is Sheila Castro so he was lying about having a leader. I asked him to contact her and he refused. He said he didn’t have a contact number for her. Just gave me an email. As I was emailing Miss Castro, he was communicating with her via text on his phone. Evidence that he did have a contact Number for his leader and again another lie. I requested a copy of the cancellation of my reservation and was denied by Michael Mendoza stating that this is not possible another lie. And at this point Michael Mendoza stated that he refused to rent me a vehicle and why I asked for the copy of the cancellation. I was resigned to email Miss Castro who did reply to me very promptly. Via email although I did request a call back. I was able to call Miss Castro from a number on her email left a voicemail and she did reply promptly again. miss Castro went on to explain to me via the phone call that I couldn’t rent two vehicles under the same name. I went out to explain again that the first vehicle was rented for my son and he drove off with a vehicle and the second vehicle would be rented through my organization. I explained to her that I am stuck at this office and have no means to leave and again was refused I need to sort of resolution. Needless to say this was a disheartening upsetting and very sad situation from an organization that I have been working with for many years. I will be informing, not only my organization, but also my insurance carrier of this behavior and service in an effort to cease continuing business with enterprise as a Rent-A-Car Provider. At the very least myself nor my family will never rent from Enterprise Rent a car ever again.

  I recently got into a car accident and had to leave my truck at the body shop for repairs. Mr. Danny went above and beyond by picking up my son, my wife, and me directly from the body shop and taking us to Enterprise. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Gabriel Rodriguez, the Store Manager, who, along with the entire staff, provided exceptional customer service. Everyone was professional, courteous, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of during a stressful situation. From the moment we arrived until my truck was ready, the entire Enterprise team made the rental process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Their professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out. I highly recommend this Enterprise location and especially want to recognize Mr. Danny, Mr. Gabriel Rodriguez, and the entire staff for their outstanding service. They deserve every one of these five stars!

  This location will turn you away stating “I have taken in to many cars this morning.” Regardless of you having set that location as the drop off spot on the original reservation and regardless of your loyalty level. Forcing you to go 10 minutes away to another location.
