  Worst car rental experience ever. When stranded in middle of street in traffic after the car that i had rented day before broke down on the road in middle of the day when i called for assistance they said they couldn’t help me that i had to call their roadside assistance . I did . The guy who answered rudely told me he couldn’t help me to call 911 and hung up before i could Say anything. I Called Enterprise again and was again told to call roadside even though i explained What had just happened. I called roadside agin went thru the process again and again was told to call 911 that they couldn’t do anything . Long story short . A gentlemen pushed the car to side of road for me for me and i took And uber home and left the rental car there for them to deal with. Tow truck called me an hour later to verify where it was left The only reason they deserve a star was the office i rented From had car ready for me as soon as i filled out paperwork. The rest of my experience when I had the issue was awful. Totally rude, incompetent and unprofessional is how I would describe it

  Charged me $500 with no explanation, was left on hold for nearly ten minutes and then was hung up upon. Horrible experience and will never rent from enterprise again. EDIT: Enterprise offered an unhelpful link to try to resolve my problem of them reaching into my pocket and steaing $500. I've already spent over an hour trying to work with corporate customer service as well as the local branch to no avail. It's clear that a branch stealing more than 200% of the actual cost of the rental is simply not a show-stopping priority for this company. My next steps are filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well and contacting authorities in Miami specifically.

  Eric took care of me, he explained everything I needed to know and was also super friendly. Keep in mind this branch is always super busy, despite that they do their best to help you with a smile. What I loved the most is the transparency and ease to pick up and drop off. Shoot out to Mike for helping me with a smooth and transparent Dropoff.
