  I rent really often, and the whole team is always super friendly and welcoming. Christopher Pierre especially stands out for his great attitude and willingness to help. He is always professional, attentive, and makes the rental process smooth and easy. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service from the entire team!

  Beware of renting from this location from what i experienced they do have bad practices especially when it comes to have a car accident/repair they put you in vehicles without explaining that they are up chartering people trying to get people in and out in a rush over charging customers and denying and tell customers it their fault if they explained something wrong and refusing to offer proper solutions I think this location should be closed and all staff members fired if you go to this location beware you will be frustrated 😠 at staff and cons they pull plus they will give you a dirty vehicle that just got checked in and never washed nor clean it full of dog hair and nasty Tampons left in glove box with blood on it .

  They rented me a horrible church h van. We had issues with the tire kept getting low air. My husband had to put air in it 4 time. Our trip from Miami to Tampa was delayed due to this. The manager I thought was cool she was supposed to call back to discuss the issue before closing my account out. She never returned my call. I was told to wait. I then check my bank account they never offer service resolution in regards. David helped out, he was excellent on that day of rental. Although they gave me a hard time retrieving my vehicle because they claim, I needed a major credit card. I have three but the funds were low on my card. Mind you, they never gave me an issue before. I've been renting from enterprise for years check my status. My sister is a stroke patient. I recently had knee surgery. I hurt my knee 3 time getting out that horrible van and my sister fell and you guys keep forwarding my call never time I called today, 7/14/2026. This is unacceptable expect to know this will go further up.
