  This branch has is going on. I rent cars all the time. I can tell who’s good and who isn’t. This location is definitely awesome. The workers all have good energy. Randy helped me get checked in. He was fun, super friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this Enterprise location.

  Terrell Terry was amazing! Made my rental experience easy and seamless, we had a very minor inconvenience during the rental period and he went above and beyond to ensure that it was resolved. I will be sure to come back because of his hospitality, thank you Terrell!!

  Excelente atención, pero detalle con la limpieza del olor. Recientemente renté un vehículo y quiero destacar que la atención por parte del personal fue muy buena y profesional. El único inconveniente fue que el auto tenía un fuerte olor a cigarrillo. Sugiero que sean más estrictos con la política de no fumar dentro de los vehículos, ya que es un olor muy desagradable para el siguiente cliente. Fuera de eso, el servicio del equipo fue impecable. Great service, but an issue with the smoke odor. I recently rented a vehicle and want to highlight that the customer service from the staff was very good and professional. The only issue was that the car had a strong cigarette smell. I suggest being stricter with the no-smoking policy inside the vehicles, as it is a very unpleasant odor for the next customer. Other than that, the team's service was impeccable.

  Shout out to Talitha and Raymond at Enterprise North Miami Beach. My car unexpectedly broke down and I was stuck with my dog Romeo, a bunch of bags, and no real plan. I called Enterprise and they were there in about 15 minutes. No joke, I think they got to me faster than an Uber would have. They were friendly, professional, and made a stressful situation incredibly easy. They got me checked in quickly, took great care of me, and even upgraded my rental. It’s rare these days to find people who genuinely seem to care about customer service, but Talitha and Raymond absolutely do. Hopefully I won’t need another rental anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll be coming back here.
