  I had a great experience with the team at the Enterprise location in Miami Gardens. Even though they didn’t have the exact car I reserved, they went above and beyond to work with me and make sure I was taken care of. The staff was attentive, patient, and genuinely focused on getting me on the road as quickly as possible. What really stood out was how they handled a difficult situation while I was there, another customer was being rude and disrespectful, and the team remained calm, professional, and respectful throughout. They didn’t let it affect how they treated the rest of us, and continued to provide excellent service with grace and composure. These guys are awesome, and their professionalism and dedication definitely deserve recognition. Highly recommend!

  When I booked my reservation they called me and told me the car we chose was not available. We then got a call a little bit later to let us know if anything came in. He explained nothing did and asked if we could just get another car. I was told no and then he paused and said something just came in and to come on down. We got there and he told us that the car was no longer available. Then out of the blue they made it happen in the end. The next day they allowed us to drop off early as they don’t have a drop bin,
