  Let me say this, I love enterprise the company, and the service. With that being said there’s a gentleman that worked the closing shift on 8/23/2026. He exemplified the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. He lied and when corrected, he Misquoted company policy so he can refuse us Service. His actions are extremely unprofessional and the be very frank he’s very obtuse. I plan to take my complaints to the Better Business Bureau, This is Unacceptable in Our community.

  My experience with Enterprise was great! The service was excellent, and Jason was very helpful when I picked up the car on Wednesday, even though he didn’t return my call. Demetri was also very friendly and provided great customer service.I truly appreciate the hospitality and professionalism.I will definitely be renting with Enterprise again! Thank you! 😊

  Great staff at this location, but especially Dimetri and Chris! This location is always extremely busy and packed but they did not fall short of delivering outstanding customer service. Dimetri was working alone and the office was filled with customers, but he remained calm and professional the entire time. Despite the pressure, he was genuinely courteous, efficient, and helpful. He was able to get me into my rental quickly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. He is a great representation of your company, and I hope upper management recognizes him for the excellent service he provides. He absolutely deserves to be acknowledged for his dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction.

  rented from Enterprise after getting into a car accident, and Demetri was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, helpful, and made what was already a stressful situation much easier. Anytime I had a question or ran into an issue, Demetri was quick to help and always seemed to have a great solution. He went above and beyond to make sure everything with my rental went smoothly, and his customer service really stood out. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure their customers have a great experience. I really appreciate all of his help and would definitely recommend Demetri to anyone looking for a rental. 5-star service all around!

  Worst service ever wouldn’t recommend it this location to nobody STAY AWAY with a 10 foot pole away from here. MANGER JASON IS NASTY NO BEDSIDE MANNERS & DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE NOR MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY STQY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR UR OWN SANITY
