- GSGladiador SamuraiJul 3, 20261.0To any customers planning to rent cars here, or whose insurance company books a reservation with this rental agency: be extremely careful. This place is a total racket—from the supervisor down to the counter staff. They charge your card without your authorization. They gave me a car where the battery died after three days, and they tried to make me pay for it. Later, they tried to get me to pay more for a slightly larger car, but I refused. When they saw I was calling customer service, they told me to hang up because "everything was resolved," but when I checked my bank account, I saw a $69 charge. Customer service couldn't explain the charge because the reason wasn't specified; they simply pocket the money if the customer doesn't notice. Bottom line: they are thieves. I do not recommend this place at all. 🤬😡MF

I had the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. I had to wait for my vehicle but the staff made it worth the wait. I was handled with care and great concern for what would be suitable for me. Thank you so much Demetri for making the process great. I felt like I had a real luxury vehicle and I would recommend you to any and everyone I come in contact with. Thank you Jason for making the return process easy too. Both of you deserve high recognition and definitely a raise. You all don't stop to move the cars and make clients happy. I will return with all my friends. See you soon.
