The person who greeted me when I entered the parking garage where the rental cars were was rather uninformative. She first asked to see my rental agreement, and then just said, "Go to row number 1," as if I already knew where that was. So I asked, and she just pointed. "Go that way." So, I went that way. Eventually I did find row number 1. There was nobody there. I walked up and down the row until eventually another person did appear. She asked me if I needed help, and I said, "Yes." I showed her my rental agreement. Then she said, "Just take any one of these cars in this row." That information would have been nice to have had in advance. Every other time I've rented cars in my entire life, a rental agent has handed me keys and clearly indicated which car I should use. It would have saved me about ten minutes if I had been told when I arrived that I could just get in any car in that row and drive off with no further human interaction. All of the cars in that row had keys in them. I would consider that system pretty efficient if the first person I talked to had let me know to simply grab any car and go. As it was, it was an effective method to waste about ten minutes of my time for no good reason.
The guy who checked me in at my destination was courteous, informative, and very helpful. Kudos to him.

I’ve been using Enterprise for my car rentals whenever I go on vacation (I go often) even recommended to family and friends. This time everything as always went smooth but my husband forgot his tablet in the car when we dropped it off at the airport. As soon as he realized it he went back and I called, I was told someone was going to call me back, I never received a phone call and he was told it wasn’t in the car. He was tracking the location of the tablet and it kept saying it was there… so disappointing! Not to many honest people around I guess.

I had two rentals, going to and from MIA from Punta Gorda airport. While I made arrangements long in advance, I could not get the class car I wanted in Punta Gorda which is an SUV of some sort. I was given an upscale standard car but it was so low to the ground, it was difficult to get in/out of for someone 78 years old. The did reduce my charge at Miami when I dropped the car off. When back in Miami, I could not check in on line because their server was down causing me long walks and waiting in line. I did get the car of choice this time and they again compensated me for my trouble checking in in Miami. I can see that Enterprise is trying hard to have customer satisfaction and they have some issues to resolve. In fairness, an airport the size of MIA is a supreme logistics challenge and they are all working hard to get correct. All personnel at both airports were cheerful and helpful.

I have never used another rental company ever. I have always been an Enterprise customer as their cars and accessibility and fees are always competitive and acceptable. However, this time when I picked up my car at Miami Airport I was a little surprised....Mid size car they tell me go pick any car you want in area one....I walked over and there was ONLY one car...a toyota corolla. I was thankful there was a car...hopped in with my son as we were already 2.5 hours late due to a plane delay....and I HAD NO IDEA when I booked this it was the World Cup...so to be fair I give a little understanding. However, the car was very much not acceptible in the conditions as I have received before. The carpet was all untucked, stains on the seat, windows was dirty as if something had been on the back passenger, the roof lining was stained and missing the sensor. Rear view mirror was shaky and there were very odd noises coming from the rear back end. I think if it was more presentable and maybe not during a busy time it would have been different. I would still recommend using Enterprise as they have a new texting service that they reach out if you need anything to let them know and I did.....I guess I just wished there was more personal attention given during check in and check out. I shouldn't have to ask them to reach out to me when I check out....they were just trying to rush the car through and he said that he would have me do a review. Over all I was just happy to get back to the airport without any issues and still enjoyed my time.
