One thing that all need to know. We rented a mid size car. The people at the MIA airport were all very nice and accommodating. However, the midsize cars are not made for people that are 6 feet tall and maybe a little heavy. I am in no way obese, just healthy, I had a terrible time getting in and out of the car. Plus it had all the safety feature on and it had to fight the car all the way to our destination some 300 miles. So no more Midsize cars for me. And if are a healthy person maybe not for your either. But every one at Enterprise were very kind and nice on both ends.

Super unprofessional Albert was with me when I was there to upgrade my vehicle I had to request another manger name Addy who wasn’t very helpful as well, I had a vehicle with a dent on rear driver side but on the notes that was placed by employee they placed dent on driver side door which no dent was ever there or reported. There for they insisted I couldn’t upgrade because dent location was placed wrong on the notes. Another manger told me they could of upgraded the car and got claim # from the other location on the exact dent location they had me wait 4hrs in the garage with no help or no resolution to the problem please review this and address’s them. This shouldn’t happen to no one especially on a Sunday over wrong placement of damages which has nothing to do with customer.Everyone please take your own videos and pics of car befor driving off so this never happens to another customer. Mangement need better customer service and better hospitality for there customers moving forward cause I wasn’t treated properly.

Vehicle was fine. Service was not - way too much time taken, most likely due to lack of training and providing the proper program access - both signs of poor management. Went to service desk in Miami. Seemed like a quick process. However, the rep I went to did not have access for one way drop off rentals. Only one of three people had that ability. I had to wait for the ONE person until they were done with a troubled rental. Then I had to go through the process. This entire experience took over 1/2 hour. Then the checkout leaving the parking garage took me 10 minutes to get checked out, after already waiting in the cue. Something about vehicle on the old computer system ... whatever! I am like everyone. I signed up 2 months ago, I just want a car and want to GO! Then the Sebastian, Florida office is open 8-5. At 1:10 there was no one there, and the door was locked. After nearly 10 minutes, someone came out of the back room. (We were on the phone trying to get someone all that time, with wife calling the number on the rental agreement, and me calling the local office.) The fault lies in the franchise owner who fails to cover lunch or anything else. The young lady responded that, "She was only one person." She seemed to have no idea how lame a response that was. Forget Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The competitors offer MUCH better service.

I showed up at Miami Airport expecting the usual “fine, whatever” rental experience. Instead, you handed me the keys to a flaming Black Mustang convertible that was straight-up a beast. I’ve driven Vipers that tried to kill me, Lamborghinis that sounded like angry Italian opera singers, and Maseratis that made me feel like a millionaire for exactly 47 seconds… but this Mustang? This thing made the Miami-to-Key-West run the single greatest drive of my entire life. Top down, sun blazing, that V8 roaring like it was personally offended by the speed limit — I was grinning like an idiot the whole way. Florida roads have never felt so right. The check-in and check-out at Miami Airport was stupidly smooth too. Zero drama, zero waiting, just “here’s your monster, go have fun.” I’ve never said “see you again” to a rental company and actually meant it this hard… but I’m already planning my next trip. You’ll be seeing me again. And again. And agin. (Yes, I’m leaving the typo in because that’s how excited I am.) Thanks for making a convertible Mustang feel like the coolest car on the planet. 10/10, would rent the beast again immediately.

The woman at the reservation desk Anna was rude and threatened to not rent me a car! I asked for a upgrade that I was offered online for an additional fee. I was told by Anna that I didn’t need to upgrade because the car i reserved was “NICE ENOUGH “ completely flabbergasted. My sister walks up and asks why my face is balled up. I start talking to my sister about what was going on at the counter and we were threatened multiple times with being stranded at the airport unless we stopped talking to each other about the paid experience im having. I repeatedly asked for the girls name as she had her name tag covered by a jacket. After she refused to give me her name i asked to speak with a supervisor. After about 20 minutes a woman appeared and told me that i should not have a problem i was rented a car right! Customer service At Miami Airport was horrible for me that day!. I will probably never rent from this company again! Last thing i need is for the rental company that I pay to threaten to leave me stranded in another city. Completely unacceptable.
