The entire team made the rental process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. A special thank you to Karen, the Branch Manager, and Alex for going above and beyond. They were incredibly courteous, professional, and truly willing to help every step of the way. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I had exactly what I needed, and treated me with kindness and respect throughout the entire experience. It’s rare to find a team that cares so much about their customers, and it really shows here. If you’re looking for outstanding service, I highly recommend this Enterprise location. Karen, Alex, and the entire team are a perfect example of what excellent customer service should look like!

Got so frustrated that I ended up just canceling and used my personal vehicle for my business trip. Alex that claimed was the manager provided horrible customer service. Would not recomend this location for your rental needs. They also wanted me to initial the exiting damage confirmation before even seeing the car.
