The people who work at the one on 52 street and 137 avenues are truly professional and very helpful of answering your questions. Are able to assist you when you are signing up. I am very happy they were able to accommodate me with a newer model of SUV. I was bringing my mother on this family trip who has issues of walking. She was definitely comfortable coming and going. Honestly at this location that I have never came across any issues or problems at all.
