  Terrible service from Robert, I’ve never gone to enterprise this was my first time and you better believe my last it’s unfortunate that he has no costumer service skills. I’d go into details of my experience but I rather just keep it short and simple . As a customer I expect the staff to assist their clients with simple questions, instead of making matters worse and or refusing to assist . People come here to get assistance on cars not to fight back and forth with employees. The manager at this location was VERY professional it’s unfortunate he has to give face for this employee, if it weren’t for the manager I’d have taken my services elsewhere so thank you but with that said Robert, Do better . Help your customers and if you don’t want to work then just leave. You’d do the company a favor. I can assure I will never do business here again. Thank you Robert for being so unprofessional .

  Rude people with little knowledge and work etiquette. Car was dirty inside and out. Long wait time because of unqualified people. Will never rent from them again!
