Payment somehow turned into a problem because my father was paying but I was driving. I’m 35, not a teenager, and they still acted annoyed. It got even worse when we didn’t agree to every unnecessary add on they tried to push. While we were standing in line, they skipped right over us and started helping people behind us who hadn’t even begun the process. No explanation, just complete chaos. We showed up an hour early because we had to leave our hotel. Instead of being helpful, they immediately gave attitude saying why are you here your reservation is at noon. Okay and? The car was already there and ready, which they admitted, but still told us to go sit down and wait like we were bothering them. Customer service was nonexistent, the process was a mess, and the attitude was worse. 0 stars
