  First time renting from this location. Must warn customers this location is within a hotel/condo residents. With that being said. Parking is outside of the location, so if you are having a Ride Share or someone drop and pick you up, please know you will have to use city parking or private. Metrorail transport is around the corner from the location. My experience started off wrong, due to the parking with one of there employees. None of the agents assisting with the rental agreement. Agent Jason was very helpful with resolving the problem over customer parking. He also, provided me with a perk for the encounter with his co-worker that greets the cars. Rather than that encounter, this is a great location to rent from. Your in and out and its a smooth transition. No problems with the cars. Thank you so much Jason for your help.

  I rented a car for two days last week from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the 1717 N Bayshore Drive location at The Grand, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the amazing service! Lavonne and Zach were both extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. There was a line when I arrived, but they handled everything efficiently, and I was taken care of very quickly. They answered all of my questions and made the entire rental process easy and pleasant. Thank you, Lavonne and Zach, for the excellent customer service! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this Enterprise location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Conveniently located on the ground floor of a hotel, making it very easy to pick up and return the rental car. I needed a loaner while my car was in the body shop, and I was provided with a very nice car. The entire process was super easy. All the staff members were very efficient and friendly. I especially want to thank Zach for being very sincere while still remaining professional. I will definitely use them again!

  Zach and Gloria at the Bayshore location in Miami are an exemplary example of warmth and trust customer service. They should be commended. This is in high contrast to whichever location Oliver works at because he was very unhelpful and rude.

  I had such a great experience renting from Enterprise, and Vania Polanco, the Assistant Branch Rental Manager, truly went above and beyond! She originally pulled up in a Chevy, and I jokingly said, “Oh, I thought it was going to be that Bronco sitting over there.” Without missing a beat, she said, “Do you want that one? If you’re willing to wait a few minutes, I’ll take care of it.” Of course, I said, “Oh my gosh, totally yes!” Vania made it happen, and I had an amazing time driving the Bronco for the four days I had it. That small moment of flexibility and kindness completely elevated the whole experience. I also really appreciated the text message letting me know I could simply reply if I had any questions or issues during the rental. I never needed to use it, but knowing that help was just a text away was incredibly reassuring. Thank you so much, Vania, for your outstanding service, friendly attitude, and for making the entire rental experience so easy and enjoyable. Enterprise is lucky to have you!
