We rented a van from Enterprise in April, and unfortunately our son left his iPhone (worth over $1,000) in the vehicle. We immediately filed a lost item claim through Enterprise's website. A few days later, a woman who had rented the van after us called from our son's phone to let us know she had found it in the van. She was kind enough to return both the phone and the van to the Enterprise location at the DoubleTree in Miami.
I called the location and an employee confirmed they had the phone and that it was secured in their safe. From there, I followed every instruction Enterprise gave me to have the phone returned. The process was unnecessarily complicated and took far longer than it should have.
Despite doing everything they asked, I never received the phone.
Now, when I call the location, the manager tells me they don't keep phones and has no idea where mine is—even though I was previously told by their own staff that it was in their safe. The manager was dismissive, rude, and showed absolutely no interest in helping resolve the situation or explaining what happened.
Somewhere between Enterprise confirming they had possession of my son's phone and today, it disappeared. As a customer, it's hard to understand how property can be acknowledged as being secured by management and then simply vanish with no accountability.
This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I trusted Enterprise to safeguard a lost item that had already been recovered, and instead I've been left without a $1,000 phone and without any meaningful assistance from the manager or staff. I would strongly caution anyone renting from this location to double-check their vehicle before leaving, because if something is left behind, don't expect professional handling or accountability.

I was a walk up and I was in and out of there in 7 minutes fast and friendly
Very easy drop off process. Just roll right in to the left by their podium.

This has been the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. I brought my vehicle to a collision center for repairs through my insurance company. Throughout the process, I received text messages from Sebastien, who works at this specific site. While the messages may have appeared friendly on the surface, they came across as threatening and intimidating, repeatedly reminding me that the insurance company might not extend my rental and that I would be responsible for additional charges. The reality is that I have no control over when the collision center completes the repairs on my vehicle. Instead of showing understanding and professionalism, I felt pressured and harassed over a situation that was completely outside of my control. In addition to the constant messages, the customer service was rude and unhelpful. Based on my experience, this is not a rental company I would recommend to anyone. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they are already dealing with the stress of having their vehicle repaired.

We had a very good experience with Enterprise, especially thanks to Vania Polaco.
We had reserved a specific car, but unfortunately it was not available when we arrived. Vania Polaco did everything possible to make sure we could still get the car we originally chose. She called other Enterprise branches trying to find the exact vehicle for us.
She then explained that all the payment and paperwork would be completed there, and that we would afterwards go to the location where the car was available. We then had an issue with my Visa card not being accepted, but even with that complication, Mrs. Vania Polaco continued doing everything possible to help us leave with a car and continue our trip without problems.
Her dedication, professionalism and willingness to help were truly appreciated. We were extremely satisfied with the service and with our overall experience at this Enterprise location.
