  Gabrielle is the Epitome of 5 Star Elite Hospitality I want to especially praise and give virtual flowers, along with endless thanks and heartfelt gratitude to Gabrielle! Gabrielle is truly the embodiment of 5 Star Elite Hospitality! She truly went Above and Beyond to offer a resolution before we could even have an issue with the problem presented! With my personal experience of working in the Hospitality industry, having a degree in Hotel Management and My specialty that I operated in within 4 and 5 Star Resorts for over a decade, creating "Raving Fans" within the customer structure has truly become a lost art as a whole... You see, my speciality quite literally included creating a "Resolve & Win" at the last Vacation Club I was employed with because of my Love of my guests and getting ahead of a problem, anticipating a "Wow" resolution, rather than simply solving it or brushing it away. That is exactly what Gabrielle has done for myself and my sister! We know that problems arise within companies beyond their control. One particular morning, they had not received the right amount of rentals for delivery and myself and my sister were amongst about 5 to 6 other customers that happened to fill the office of this Enterprise Location around 9am or so. Gabrielle had such a wonderful demeanor and was still very positive while remaining apologetic to having to get New Options that none of us were prepared for. Gabrielle communicated with us in such a way that gave us the peace of mind that she would resolve it and thanked us for our patience! We never initially explained why we just chose to sit and wait, laugh amongst myself and my sister and allow her to serve all of the other customers first, we waited for the option she ended up offering us. Even one of the customers looked over at us in a puzzled bewilderment as my sister and I told each other jokes and laughed from across the room! Gabrielle was already resolving us at a higher level than any other Enterprise Location, so we happily awaited our turn! Why this meant so much to us, to me...is because we never had to tell Gabrielle what had personally unfolded in our lives recently. My sister's husband unexpectedly and quite tragically passed away a couple months ago...and unexpected issues arose among many others with that, causing us to require a rental car to take care of major things. We had a previous horrible experience at a sister location of Enterprise during needing a rental to head up to the funeral the next day, their lack of any offer of possible resolution, apologies, Compassion or the like were nonexistent. So Gabrielle was a breath of fresh air for us! I only shared with her what was unfolding in our lives when we returned the rental. I was overwhelmed with gratitude and tears, to be completely honest because she reminded me of the High End and Elite Hospitality I pride myself in when I worked with my former guests and the Board of Directors that I often received recognition and praise due to the guests reaching out to them! Gabrielle has a heart for what she does and she truly creates a Lasting Impression and a loyalty within her clients to return to where she is! Thank You from my soul on what you have done that has truly been a reminder of how treating everyone as if they are the most important person in the world impacts someone's lives, even when you dont know why it means so much! Thank you Gabrielle from myself, my sister and our family! I pray many more blessings and upper Management growth for you!

  Enterprise has been the go to rental agency for years. Service has always been quick, courteous and professional. This time same great service as before but even better. Young lady who handled the entire process from rent to return made the event more personal and pleasurable

  I had a great experience with Enterprise after an accident. Renting a vehicle was quick, easy, and stress-free during a time when I really needed things to go smoothly. Gabriela was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process simple from start to finish. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend this Enterprise location!

  The expectation we’re not met. The manager was rude and a liar. Make sure if they promise something to you make sure to record it or something. I’m sorry to say but they aren’t there to help you. That was my experience but then an employee called Gabrielle reach out to me and helped me with an amazing experience. Gabriele was helpful, very nice , and approachable. She delivered the kind of customer service I like. So one star, I’ll give them 4.
