  The expectation we’re not met. The manager was the rude and a lier. Make sure if they promise something to you make sure to record it or something. I’m sorry to say but they aren’t there to help you.

  I had the pleasure of being assisted by Gabrielle Wuttke and I was extremely impressed by her exceptional customer service. She was handling multiple matters on her own, yet she remained attentive, professional, patient, and incredibly pleasant throughout the entire experience. Her ability to multitask while still making me feel valued as a customer truly stood out. She handled everything with a great attitude and genuine professionalism. Employees like her deserve both recognition and praise for the level of service they provide. She absolutely deserves a raise and to be recognized for her outstanding work. Thank you, Gabby for such a wonderful experience!

  Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. About an hour after renting the vehicle, I began hearing an unusual noise from the engine. Shortly afterward, the check-engine, oil-maintenance, and low-oil warning lights came on. When I called the Enterprise branch where I rented the vehicle, it was already closed. I was instructed to drive to the downtown location, which delayed my trip considerably. After arriving downtown, I was told that no replacement vehicles were available. I ultimately had to arrange and pay for an oil change myself while traveling. The vehicle also had problems with its radar safety system, which would not turn on. A rental vehicle should be properly inspected and maintained before being given to a customer. This experience caused a significant delay, additional expense, and serious safety concerns. I am extremely disappointed with both the condition of the vehicle and the lack of assistance I received.

  I reserved a vehicle days ahead. Recieved a phone call 2 hours before I was scheduled to pick up that vehicle was not available and there was nothing they could do. Just left me with no alternative or solutions. Very disappointing

  We cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Gabrielle Wuttke. She was professional and accommodated our needs. She went above and beyond to ensure we received the vehicle we needed for our family vacation. Her customer service and attention to detail was impressive. We have been coming to Enterprise for over 30 years, and she is definitely an asset to your company. I noticed she is an Assistant Branch Manager.
