  I rented from the 1100 NW 42nd Ave location yesterday afternoon. Despite a wait due to high demand, the two young men working were professional, polite, and accommodating. Although my reserved vehicle was unavailable, they offered complimentary upgrades and, after the wait, waived my gas fee and provided a free day as compensation. They extended the same courtesy to other customers. Unfortunate to see how customers behave when they have to wait a little, as both employees did their best to assist everyone and handled the situation with kindness and professionalism.

  My experience with this car rental company was extremely disappointing. My reservation was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but I did not receive the vehicle until 3:30 PM — a 90-minute delay with no proper explanation. Even worse, nobody was responding to my questions or providing any updates about the situation. This level of service is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. When customers make reservations, they expect the company to honor the agreed-upon time or, at the very least, communicate clearly when delays occur. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and completely unprofessional. I would think twice before renting from this company again.

  Worst customer service ever, don’t rent with these guys if you want a rental car. Cancelled my confirmed reservation with 90minutes notice because they didn’t have availability. Agents at the desk offered absolutely no solutions and said nothing can be done to get me a car on the day or the next day. No problem solving to source another vehicle and no explanations offered. Just laughed in the face when the agent explained it was due to no one returning their cars after I queried why so many rentals had not been returned. Seems like Enterprise just happily extend any customers bookings even though it impacts customer pickups down the line and I was laughed at it for asking. Thanks for nothing, no solutions offered, visibly laughed at for having to question the process rather than truthfully explaining the situation (I.e. they over sold their cars) and simply just being turned away. Why bother dealing with such a brand? Avoid at all costs. These agents need to be professionally managed.
