  I am very disappointed with the service at the Miami Airport location. Your staff were not helpful or supportive during my visit. The rental cars were extremely dirty and had a very bad odour inside. I had to switch vehicles twice, but every replacement car had the same unpleasant smell. I visited the counter three times, and each time I was told that there was no inventory available and that all the cars were booked. However, I could clearly see many cars parked in the lot, and no customers were picking up vehicles. This was on Sunday at approximately 8:30 PM. This experience was very frustrating and did not meet the level of service I expected. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter, improve the condition of your vehicles, and ensure your staff provide better customer service in the future.

  Very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. I made a reservation online and received a confirmation, so I expected my vehicle to be available when I arrived. Instead, the staff told me they didn’t have a car for me because I was supposed to wait for them to call and confirm my reservation. I’ve rented cars before, and I’ve never heard of such a policy. It seems like this location has created its own rules instead of following the purpose of an online reservation. If a confirmation email doesn’t actually reserve a vehicle, then customers should be clearly informed before they waste their time coming to the branch. The staff showed very little concern for the inconvenience this caused. I rearranged my schedule and went there expecting to pick up my rental, only to be turned away. A reservation should mean exactly that—a reservation—not “maybe we’ll have a car if we call you first.” I hope Enterprise looks into how this location is being managed because this experience did not reflect the level of service I expected from the company.

  We had an amazing experience at this Enterprise location near Miami Airport. We couldn’t find a 7-seater at the airport, so we decided to check this branch, and I’m so glad we did. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with Enterprise. A huge thank you to Adrian. He went above and beyond to help us, found solutions when it seemed impossible, and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Our trip to Miami would not have been the same without his help. He was professional, knowledgeable, resourceful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. He deserves full credit for his outstanding customer service. I also want to mention the other young lady at the counter. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. If you’re visiting Miami and need a rental car, I highly recommend this Enterprise location. Whether you’re a local or coming from out of town, you’ll be treated with exceptional service. I would definitely rent from here again.

  Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere! We had reservations for a pick up Toyota Tacoma or similar days before and they switched us to a minivan when I called about it they just said they would call me back never did, when I called they hung up on me. Later I got ahold of someone but it was pointless they didn’t solve anything and were rude about it. We have been years long enterprise renters, now myself and my company will be taking our business elsewhere.
