  Very disappointing customer service experience. I came in to purchase Peak OET Asian Red/Pink antifreeze/coolant, which was clearly marked on the shelf at $21.49. At checkout, I was told the price was $24.49 plus tax. I went back, took a picture of the shelf tag, and showed it to the cashier. Even with the posted price clearly visible, he refused to honor it. I then asked to speak with the manager, but the cashier told me the manager was busy and refused to get him. I ended up leaving and buying the coolant somewhere else. The $3 difference wasn’t really the issue — it was the way the situation was handled. A simple price check or conversation with the manager could have resolved everything. I’ve included the photo showing the product and the $21.49 posted price.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a big thank-you to CeeCee, an employee at the AutoZone on 79th Street, who went above and beyond to help me find the part I needed. Even though they she was already off the clock, ceecee still took the time to locate the part and make sure I was taken care of. afterOther employees(the young slim girl with braids)had previously told me that the part wasn’t available, but CeeCee took the time to look into it and found it for me. That level of customer service and dedication truly stood out. It’s employees like CeeCee who make a difference. Thank you for taking the extra time to help me when you didn’t have to. Excellent customer service! 👏🏽

  I want to truly thank Christina for her awesome funny, helpful personality. She have made me feel warm and welcome to the point that I came back to sit up there to talk to her About my car is she took a time and helped me with everything. 100 Across the board, thank you Miss Christina.

  Went there for commercial which is usually behind the counters, ZERO signs anywhere. I ask one of the employees where commercial is and she points at her coworker and says, “shes commercial”. I then go to the other lady and she tells me go to the back. I head to the back section where another guy is standing, i tell him im there for commercial. He doesn’t say a word and points with attitude on his face back towards the front. I told him i was just there and they told me to go to the back. He STILL doesn’t want to say a word, takes me to the other side of the back where there we’re any commercial counters. The other lady was there and the guy that walked me there finally decides to say a word and rudly tells me “Speak”. Worst place, all so rude and unprofessional besides 1 lady that seemed very sweet. You cant even do business with people at this location.
