  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Israel and Cedric were amazing! They both provided great customer service and were super helpful. They also speak Spanish, which is a huge plus if there’s a language barrier. As a first responder, I really appreciate great service and people who go the extra mile. They made everything quick and easy. Definitely 5-star service!

  You know the location is doing something right when you wake up at 2:33am and think hey Let me leave this review instead of getting a sip of water! Mr.Cedric the assistant manager really shows up and shows out like reviews before this one say! I walked into the store with a wheel stud and a lug nut and said please help me find this. Let me tell you! He runs that store like a captain at sea! A tight ship! Made sure Staff was available and knew their tasks, clearly communicated across the store, flaunted his multitasking skills in not only English but Spanish , AND did all this while helping me and found my part in a timely manner! WITHOUT feeling rushed, like a bother, or like I was dizzy. He made sure I knew what I had in my hand, what I needed AND recommended what would be best for not just my car but MY SAFETY! A book could be written about my experience. The staff made sure my mom and our pup was good, made sure we understood and overstock. Made me feel like I was apart of fixing the problem and not some damsel in distress. Keep this up! You and your team are a great representation of this company and its standards. May your pillow stay cold on both sides at night!

  I usually go to the store by my house. But because it was getting late I stopped at this location. I am so glad I did. Cedric was so helpful and I could tell he really knows his stuff. Not only did he tell me what I needed, he also explained why and offered several options. I can’t emphasize how important it is to have this experience while shopping for car needs as a single woman. Moving forward, this is my to go store. I would rather travel all the way from Miami Gardens to this store then go to any other store in my area. My first time coming to this store was this Tuesday. This is my third time coming in less than a week. Cedric is so knowledgeable and helpful that he excites me to want to fix things in my car. (Versus before when I used to dread working on my car) Thank you so much Cedric!
