  La atención al Cliente fue excepcional! Limpié todos los sensores de mi auto y fui a ese lugar a escanear el carro con la computadora y me ayudaron con amabilidad y mucha disposición. Felizmente mi auto quedó como nuevo y no se detectó ningún codigo de error. Muchas gracias por su ayuda. Bendiciones 🙏

  Buyer Beware: Stay away from this store! They trick you out of your warranty. I have been a loyal AutoZone customer for many, many years, but the manager on duty at store #1061 (Miller & 93rd Ave) on 7/19 am hours, gave me the worst experience possible. I brought in a defective, leaking Duralast Gold battery that was under a valid warranty. The manager was completely unhelpful, uncooperative, and flatly refused to provide a proper replacement. To make matters worse, they processed first replacement as a straight swap in the system, which completely omitted and stripped away the warranty on the new battery. This practice is incorrect, deceptive, and dishonest. It feels entirely intentional, like a deliberate trick to force customers to pay out of pocket for a brand-new battery next time. Because of this total lack of competence and integrity, I have doubts to return to this location. Luckily, I drove 20 minutes to another AutoZone, where the professional staff immediately listened to my concerns, recognized the error, and fixed the issue properly. Avoid the Miller Road store entirely if you can. If you do shop here, check your receipts and paperwork very carefully!, do not just settle for a swap, ask the manager on duty if it has valid warranty, if not, you better call corporate office.

  I had an excellent experience at AutoZone on Miller and 93rd avenue thanks to a young man Harry who provided outstanding customer service. I only came in to buy windshield washer fluid, but what should have been a quick purchase turned into a much more complicated situation because I had difficulty filling the reservoir in my car. He never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him. Instead, he patiently stayed with me, took the time to help, and made sure the job was done correctly, even though it took much longer than expected. His kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. AutoZone is fortunate to have an employee who truly cares about helping customers. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience Moraima Rodriguez
