I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this AutoZone was bad enough that I felt others should know. I had a valid receipt and account information for my purchase, yet the manager, Jacqueline Conde, immediately made the refund process unnecessarily difficult instead of trying to help. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the interaction. Rather than treating customers with courtesy, she came across as confrontational and unwilling to provide basic customer service. What was most concerning was the atmosphere in the store. Employees appeared uncomfortable, and I witnessed interactions that made me feel the staff were being spoken to disrespectfully in front of customers. That creates an unpleasant environment for everyone. I understand that managers have to follow company policies, but there is a respectful way to communicate with both customers and employees. Based on my experience, this location falls well short of the level of service I expect from AutoZone. I hope the company takes these complaints seriously and addresses the management issues at this store.
