  Horrible service. Gustavo was literally kicking me out of the store 15 mins before closing time, while i was finishing a transaction, did not look at me while i was speaking with him, and refused to help in anyway. After I left the store I had to knock on the window to get his attention to ask for my receipt because it was not provided to me. I refuse to walk to this store as long as he is there

  I was honestly a bit disappointed with my experience. I came in at 8 pm at night clearly needing a new battery, after confirming mine was bad, the employee asked if I was going to have a friend install it or if I was going to give him a tip. Being that it was nighttime, I felt like I really had no other option but to agree. He did install it and did a good job, and I probably would have tipped anyway, but the way it was said wasn't a great experience.

  El día de hoy me atendió Gustavo G. De verdad que muy generoso, amable y estuvo pendiente a todas mis dudas. Muy buen trabajador, lo felicito mucho por tener a una persona tan buena en Auto Zone.

  Yo tengo una excelente experiencia hoy fui a comprar a la tienda tenia mi carro en el taller y necesitaba una pieza y fui me atendió juan muy excelente en su trabajo hasta me ayudó llevándome la pieza porque andaba caminando les recomiendo tienen un excelente personal y si encuentras lo que buscas 100% recomendado mil gracias por la ayuda

  Very disappointed with the service at AutoZone store number 1051, located at 1200 SW 27th St, Miami, FL 33135, today. There were 3 employees standing around and none of them even tried to help me, even though I was first in line and there was a line of customers waiting. When Andrea finally decided to help me, she left me alone at the counter and started talking on the phone. I had to ask another employee for help just to pick up an order that I received an email for YESTERDAY saying it was ready for pickup. Turns out the order was not even prepared yet. On top of that, one of the items showed as “out of stock” even though my order status clearly said it was READY for pickup. I ended up wasting almost an hour there because of the lack of organization and extremely slow service. The patience and urgency from the staff was unbelievable considering how many customers were waiting. Very poor customer service experience.
