Emiliano Went Above and Beyond! 🏆👏 🚗🔧 After visiting five auto parts stores trying to find a replacement oil pan drain plug for my MINI Cooper, I was frustrated and ready to give up. This was my last stop, and I’m glad I came here! I needed a replacement bolt because the original was stripped and my socket could no longer grip it. Emiliano helped me with my quart of oil and oil filter socket, but the last thing I needed was that stubborn oil pan bolt. 🔩 💪 What impressed me most was Emiliano’s determination. I personally gave up looking more than twice, but he refused to quit!
