After making a purchase, I politely asked if he could use the OBD scanner on my car. He told me to wait while he cleared the line, which was completely fine at first. However, I ended up waiting over 20 minutes while he helped around five other customers who came after me. When I asked how much longer it would be, he responded rudely, saying I had to wait until the store was empty. I explained that I had already been waiting longer than everyone else and simply asked for quick assistance. Instead of helping, he told me to “shush” and said I needed to be quiet, which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The way he spoke to me felt especially dismissive and rude, and it honestly seemed like he was treating me that way because I’m a young woman. After waiting even longer with no intention of him helping me, I decided to leave. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor customer service like this is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Yes we do offer free battery installation on most products with purchase. We will also recycle and test your battery for free regardless if you bought it from us. Battery testing and installation is available at most of our locations.

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
