    0 star they make you do a reservation and then make you wait 1 hour to give you the car. The people that work there are arrogant and rude! Never come here!!!!

    Even though I checked in online, they made me wait for an hour and obliged me to pay an insurance even though I owned my own rental car insurance for up to 200k in damages. Unbelievable!

    Enterprise es una gran empresa y he tenido buenas experiencias en otras ubicaciones, pero lamentablemente esta sucursal no estuvo a la altura de los estándares que esperaba. Tuve que cambiar de vehículo tres veces porque los carros presentaban olores desagradables, incluyendo olor a marihuana y suciedad. Incluso encontré filtros de cabina visiblemente sucios, algo que adjuntaré en fotografías para que otros clientes puedan evaluar por sí mismos las condiciones en las que se entregan algunos vehículos. También tuve problemas con la categoría del vehículo. Mi aseguradora inicialmente pagó una categoría Standard y, posteriormente, autorizó y pagó un upgrade a Full Size. Sin embargo, me entregaron vehículos de categorías inferiores. Cuando señalé que el Hyundai Elantra entregado corresponde a la categoría Intermediate y no Full Size, Max me indicó que sí era un Full Size, a pesar de que la propia tabla de categorías de Enterprise muestra lo contrario. También adjuntaré evidencia de esto. El servicio al cliente fue excesivamente lento. Llegué alrededor de las 2:30 p. m. un sábado para resolver un problema generado por los mismos vehículos que me habían entregado. Mientras esperaba, aproximadamente 18 personas que llegaron después de mí fueron atendidas antes, lo que terminó agregando más de una hora adicional de espera y Max me decía que esperara (con esa actitud displicente). Además, la actitud de Max durante la situación me pareció poco profesional. En lugar de manejar la conversación dentro de la oficina, me pidió salir al exterior, lejos de las cámaras y del aire acondicionado, para ofrecer disculpas justo al retornar el carro. Considero que las conversaciones relacionadas con problemas de servicio deberían manejarse de forma transparente y profesional dentro de la oficina. Después de múltiples visitas, varios cambios de vehículo y horas perdidas, salí muy decepcionado con esta sucursal. Espero que la gerencia revise sus procesos de limpieza, la asignación de vehículos según la categoría pagada y la atención al cliente.

    If you’re looking for an Enterprise location with outstanding customer service, this is the place to go. From the moment I picked up my rental to the day I returned it, every interaction was quick, easy, and seamless. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made an otherwise stressful situation so much easier. A special thank you to Alexis for going above and beyond throughout the process. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made sure everything went smoothly every step of the way. I also want to recognize the rest of the team because every employee I interacted with was welcoming and genuinely cared about providing great service. One thing that really stood out to me was how convenient they made everything. After I dropped my vehicle off at the repair shop, they even came to pick me up and gave me a ride back to Enterprise to get my rental. It was such a thoughtful service that took one more thing off my plate during the repair process. Renting a car after an accident can be overwhelming, but this team made it completely stress-free. Fast service, excellent communication, and truly exceptional customer care from beginning to end. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this location again. Thank you all for making a difficult situation so much easier!
