  A year ago I had my car buffed and waxed and usually only allow Detailers to wash it. I made an exception because I was in a rush to have the car washed and now regret it 100%.. I paid $25 for the wash & rainX application which left water stains all over my car, the driver window is so foggy and cannot be wiped clean. A $25 wash has now become a $500 detail job to get all the water stains removed. If you have a newer car or simply want to avoid damaging your paint DO NOT use this place.

  The worst automatic car wash ever! It speeds you through so fast, the soap doesn't have a chance to clean your car or windows. The wax cycle lasts about 2 seconds before water comes and rinses it off. Then the blowers didn't dry the car, the wheel tire shine didnt work either. Terrble experience. I'm going to ask for a refund.

  I have a membership and I'm considering on ending it and going to another company. The vacuum is part of the experience, hardly any of them work. Cars are waiting on other vehicles just to use the vacuum. And the ones that do work ,don't work well. Suction is weak. All the vacuums should be working.

  ⚠️WARNING! Do not trust ZIPS Car Wash with your vehicle! I paid for the Top-Tier monthly membership and washed my Range Rover once a week for over a year. I have been stuck in the tunnel many times and excess soap left on my car until they finally got the equipment fixed. After a while I started noticing scratches and fading on my paint job. I contacted corporate and filed a claim with management submitting all pertinent documentation including before & after photos. I did not hear back from them for 6 months. I contacted the claims dept & corporate several times and 9 months later they denied my claim! The worst customer experience.

  I am leaving another review. This is Andrew Farabaugh, I left the last review under “Andrew Michael” (my middle name). I filled out the form that you gave me in your reply to my review. I already tried back in January to get my refund, and I was told no. I hope that I can finally get my $245 refund that I am requesting. I feel like I was scammed, I canceled my membership in July and was billed all the way up to January, for a service that I canceled and did not use for over 6 months. If you are honest and considerate then you would refund me the $245. I feel like this is an extremely reasonable request. Just admit that somebody made a mistake and didn’t process the return, return me my money, and then I will delete my review and accept the apology. Again, this is a completely reasonable request, and I hope that somebody would agree.
