  Extremely disappointing and stressful experience. We reserved a prom rental vehicle MONTHS in advance and agreed on a total price of $1,800, including a $1,000 deposit and $800 remaining balance. Everything was supposedly confirmed ahead of time. Then, only ONE HOUR before our scheduled pickup on prom day, we received a call saying the vehicle had suddenly been “damaged that morning” and was no longer available. Instead of honoring the original agreement or providing a comparable replacement at the same rate, we were pressured into more expensive vehicles that required even higher deposits. What made this even more concerning was hearing other customers being told similar last-minute stories about vehicles having issues like broken AC or mechanical problems, followed by attempts to move them into higher-priced rentals. It honestly felt like a bait-and-switch tactic targeting people during important events when they’re desperate and running out of time. I will be reporting to bbb

  Had a great experience with the mph club the guys are very knowledgeable and took care of me at last minute drove there z06 had to say it was well worth it

  Coming from a paramilitary background with high standards... I was thoroughly impressed by the caliber of the staff (every single person) and the impeccable showroom (including cars). Extremely organized business here. No surprises and excellent support for their product. Jorge and Matt were very professional and transparent over the phone, as well as in person. Danny reviewed the Z06 with me until I grew confident. He also provided tips for taking great care of the vehicle. Never realized renting an exotic car was this simple. Many different cars to fit most budgets. Fastest way to have such a good time. I'll be back..

  Dedicated team. Great service. Danny and Jorge were great. They were very helpful, very detailed, answered questions and concerns we had. Smooth process. Great vehicle. A good selection of vehicles to choose from. Would recommend this business, would definitely do business here again.
