  I had a nail in my tire I am very anal about my dash being clear with any warning signs I tried to look for a good mechanic down here in south beach ozy was very great with me especially with customer service the price was fair it was very fast and quick!

  There is a very kind woman and an older man at the front desk who were both helpful and professional. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by another employee. I initially called and received a quote of $143 from a woman at the shop. When I arrived, a different employee told me that neither the quote nor the woman I spoke to “existed,” and then tried to give me a much higher price. He wasted my time printing out a Carfax report and attempting to upsell unnecessary services, all while joking around and behaving unprofessionally. Shortly after, the same woman I spoke to on the phone came into the office, confirmed she had my quote saved, and resolved everything in under a minute. What should have been a quick and straightforward tire replacement turned into a frustrating experience because of one employee’s behavior.

  Excellent, professional service, especially Ozzy, who was beyond helpful and made sure my tire was replaced in under an hour before a big road trip. This has been my go-to place for tires for almost ten years and I have no reason to go anywhere else. Highly recommend to everyone!

  I had a terrible experience. I had been a client for years but had not been in about a year . I made an appointment for an oil change for 730 am and when I arrived a young Latin bald gentleman with a beard chastised me for coming so early when the mechanics don’t arrive until 9am . I was told I would be the first car worked on . When I came back to check on service at 945 am the car was not touched and I was told there were no bays avail . I was reprimanded for being in a rush and wanting to pay in advance .
