  Muy mala atención, están mal organizados, el dueño debería tener personal más eficiente, no les importa hacer perder el tiempo a la gente.

  They diagnosed the problem and gave me a price. I called my dealership who beat it by $300. They said they could match. Made me wait 45 minutes while they made calls to get the parts. Came back and said they could do it for $100 more than my dealership. Would have left but they said my car was dangerous to drive. The gentleman proceeded to question my integrity and said he was calling BMW to verify their quote. Bottom line they fixed it and car is driving nicely. The folks who work there seem nice and are hard working but I didn’t love that back and forth and failure to live up to matching the price after I waited. I had another small problem and was told by another person to come back another day and they take care of it for $100. Showed up a few days later and same dude who questioned my integrity said it could not be done for $100. Wasted an hour of my work day on this stop.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this tire shop. The wait time was far longer than what I was originally told, and there was little to no communication about the delays. I spent hours waiting for what should have been a routine service. What was even more frustrating was the lack of professionalism from the staff. Employees seemed disorganized, and customer concerns were not handled respectfully or efficiently. Instead of providing updates or apologizing for the excessive wait, it felt like customers were being ignored. Unfortunately my service was pre paid otherwise I would have left to go somewhere else. Customer service is just as important as the work being performed, and unfortunately this shop fell short in both areas. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

  It was very easy to make a service appointment and the service provide was very professional. I have been coming to this location for many years for new tires and any tire related maintenance, and I highly recommend them.

  I booked an appointment this morning for a routine oil change, and the entire experience was a classic rip-off. When I first asked about the price, I was given a vague quote of "49 plus." I had to insist and push them to give me an exact price for my specific make and model, at which point they finally quoted me $75. They told me it would take an hour. Instead, it took three hours before they finally called to tell me it was finished. To make matters worse, when I went to pay, the final bill was $97. Dishonest pricing, terrible communication, and zero respect for a customer's time. Don't waste your money here.
