J’ai rendu mon véhicule avec le plein fait juste avant de passer à l’agence, mais SIXT m'a facturé 48$ en prétendant que le réservoir était à 6/8. C'est une méthode malhonnête pour gonfler la facture. Un conseil : prenez absolument une photo de la jauge sur leur parking, car ils comptent sur l'absence de preuves pour vous prélever. Très déçu par ce manque de transparence.

You also only find out by chance that they are open only until 3:30 PM, and if you return the vehicle after that time, it becomes your problem – they charge you an additional €25 for parking in the garage. They are also not fair or transparent when it comes to additional equipment (tools), and the information provided is unclear. The overall approach is inappropriate and disappointing. I suggest choosing a different provider. A very disappointed and dissatisfied customer.
