She always takes the time to help, answers every question with a smile, and makes the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Customer service like hers truly makes all the difference. Now all of my plans and bookings are cancelled also. Horrible service and horrible staff. Never coming again

I returned my rental car a week ago and realized within a couple of hours that I had accidentally left two DJI microphone sets in the glove compartment. As the branch was already closed, I immediately filed a Lost & Found report the very same day. A week later, despite multiple follow-up emails, I still haven’t received a single response or update. As a Diamond member, I expected a much higher level of customer service. Losing an item is unfortunate, but completely ignoring a customer who reported it almost immediately is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
