  They are unprofessional, and the cars are very poorly maintained; you book a luxury car, and it arrives dirty, covered in food stains, with seatbelts that don't work. You will know who I am. You made me waste hours because of your incompetence.

  Pire expérience commercial, il vous fond déplacer plusieurs fois pour des promesses jamais tenu. Réservation d’un SUV haut de game et réception du véhicule salle. Vous leur demander de le remplacer il ne vous considère pas. À fuir

  Je mets 5 étoiles car Sixt est sans aucun doute la meilleure agence de location aux États-Unis avec de superbes voitures, et leur service client a été irréprochable pour régler notre litige. En revanche, le service dans cette agence précise est catastrophique : j’ai réservé deux fois dans cette agence et le même agent (refusant de donner son nom au depart et se disant « Naze ») a abusé du manque de véhicules disponibles en nous forçant d'abord à payer un surclassement sous peine d'annulation, et la seconde fois en annulant purement et simplement notre réservation sans proposer aucune solution ni transport vers une autre agence, alors que nous avions des impératifs et que nous avons perdu une journée entière. N'hésitez pas à faire valoir vos droits face à cet agent malhonnête dont nous ne sommes certainement pas les premières victimes. Et merci au service client de sixt qui a pu régler le litige en les contactant après leur avoir expliqué la situation.

  I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism, disrespect, and complete disregard for a customer from a rental car company. We had a reservation with Sixt and showed up expecting to pick up our car as planned. Instead, at the very last minute, an employee named Naz told us that all the cars were “sold out” and that they could not give us a vehicle. The most unbelievable part? Nobody contacted us beforehand. Not a single phone call. Not a text. Not an email. Nothing. We were simply left to show up and find out ourselves that Sixt would not honor our reservation. This is completely unacceptable. If a company knows it cannot provide a reserved vehicle, the absolute minimum it should do is notify the customer in advance so they have a chance to make other arrangements. Instead, we were left dealing with the consequences at the last minute. On top of that, the way Naz handled the situation was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. There was no sense of accountability or concern for the fact that their failure had put us in a very difficult situation. A reservation is supposed to mean something. If Sixt can simply let customers show up and then say, “Sorry, we’re sold out,” without any warning or meaningful assistance, then there is absolutely no reason to trust this company. I strongly recommend avoiding Sixt. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and possibility of being stranded at the last minute. I will never rent from Sixt again, and based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to choose a different rental company.
