  The MO team was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire experience. The car was absolutely amazing: brand new, spotless, and a pleasure to drive. We drove from Miami Beach all the way up to Pompano Beach, and the ride was extremely smooth and comfortable the whole time. Everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

  Mo is the best agent there. Great car and great customer service. I would highly recommend going here. He is extremely helpful. Sixt has some broader issues of not having cars even when it says they are online but Mo does his best to give the customer a great experience. Fantastic sales agent.

  Expérience impeccable. J’ai réservé depuis l’app pour 14 jours avec la protection complète à l’agence de Miami Beach sur la 5th street. Réception irréprochable par une personne très agréable et qui parlé français couramment… le top lorsque que l’on part pour la 1ere fois au US, cela mets en confiance, merci Aymen pour ton accompagnement ! La voiture été très propre. Malheureusement mon véhicule (Toyota RAV4) a eu un soucis le jour même (la ventilation ne faisait que du chauffage une fournaise meme vitres ouvertes). Mais en retournant à l’agence la personne qui s’est occupé de moi m’a toute de suite rassuré et a immédiatement remplacé le véhicule en moins de 30 minutes. De plus, j’ai été surclassé en Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit full black toutes options la grande classe qui m’a fait hésiter à prendre un SUV pour mon prochain achat moi qui suis puriste berline allemande ! Plus de 1500 miles de pure bonheur ! Le retour du véhicule c’est fait dans les mêmes conditions ! Je recommande SIXT et l’agence de Miami Beach, je reviendrai c’est certain !

  Fast, quick and friendly service! Very helpful staff! Be careful though they close at 5 and with Miami traffic and the way google maps isn't very good in busy places or when you're stressed already, it's easy to miss 5. However, they were also EXTREMELY helpful when I did miss the drop off time, just gave the customer service number a call and they sorted me out fast and without adding a ton of extra fees. It was painless!
