  I have rented in California before with no issues at all and had a wonderful experience, so this was very disappointing. This time the service was the complete opposite. The staff was disrespectful, immature, and pushy. They kept trying to push me into renting a more expensive car, and after arguing with no valid reason, I ended up canceling my reservation entirely. I expected better. Very disappointing

  Tutto perfetto… consiglio a chiunque di noleggiare con Sixt e non con tutte quelle compagnie strane che ci sono che fanno dei pezzi bassi e poi cercano di far pagare assicurazioni aggiuntive oltre a rivendicare anche un minimo graffio… con Sixt i costi sono chiaramente esplicati prima di ritirare l’auto e firmare il contratto, senza nessuna sorpresa di costi aggiuntivi finali… è inclusa anche l’assicurazione di eventuali graffi o danni, quindi si viaggia tranquilli senza preoccupazioni di essere truffati alla riconsegna del veicolo come in tante altre compagnie…… inoltre l’agenzia a Miami Beach è molto comoda e si trova in una zona facilmente raggiungibile…. Consiglio senza alcuna remora…

  We were helped quickly and completely hassle free. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were absolutely thrilled with the Z4 that Evelyn spontaneously offered us at a great price. She arranged everything so that we could drive through Florida completely worry free and without any problems. The upgrade really made our trip even more special! A huge thank you again to Evelyn for the amazing service and the fantastic upgrade! We truly appreciate it and would definitely come back! 😊🚗☀️

  Very disappointing experience. I rented a vehicle from this SIXT location and returned it to MCO. After the rental, SIXT claimed that I caused damage to one of the wheels and is attempting to collect approximately $600. What is especially frustrating is that the wheel damage was not documented on my pickup condition report, and no wheel inspection or scan was performed when I picked up the vehicle. The only evidence they provided afterward was a close-up photo of the wheel, which does not establish when the damage occurred or that it happened during my rental. Front counter gentleman who was very smug and rude to my mom. Saying “we are the best rental car company” because she asked why we had to pay extra for a spouse when almost every other company it’s included. They sent my bill to collections cause I told them I’m not paying and said I cannot use this trash company anymore. DONT WORRY ABOUT THAT LOL. The photo in question that they said was a $600 repair you be the judge. SCAMMERS renters beware.

  Voici mon expérience : nous réservons une voiture pour 2 jours pour explorer les environs de Miami. Rervatiobs faite depuis notre hotel, nous nous rendons à l agence. La voiture réservée existe Pas, par contre il nous en propose une autre, la seule et unique disponible à l agence, au double du prix! Faure venir les gens en les appâtant avec un prix et une fois qu ils font sur place leur demander le double, voilà leur façon de procéder.
