Back in June on an impromptu trip, I rented a car for a day. I ended up changing the pickup details multiple times before arriving but everything checked out and had no issues. John and Jordan were absolutely wonderful and provided the fantastic service I am used to with National. Thanks for helpful assist and making my trip memorable. 🚗👋💚

Some employee who works at this National stole my Amex number and is using it repeatedly at the businesses Castle Beach Hotel and Nothing Bundt Cakes. If the same happens to you report it to Miami Beach police!

The location on Collins in Miami is very very slow. If you have the choice of going somewhere different it’s worth looking into because you will probably be there for the better part of an hour.

After hours returns are a very easy process at this location. Enter lot (get a ticket by bar. Park In assigned spots. Drop keys in Dropbox. DONE! (Not speaking about pickup which experience may be very different.)
