- LALaura AmeliaMay 2, 20261.0It stated clearly on the sign in the garage that there was a flat rate of $30 to park there. The sign is deceptive. Upon leaving they were charging us $60 yet the sign stated that is $30, we were gone for 6 hours and were charged $60 so double the supposedly flat rate. It says FLAT RATE $30 on the sign!! flat rate is not “$30 for the first 5 hours.” Put on the sign “$30 for 5 hours then” and that would be honest and not a scam!!!!!!!! They are running a scam essentially through false advertising and the person finds out at the end as the actual rates are not provided in the sign. I hope the city addresses this.

They need to fix the gate at this location, you enter and cannot get out
