  This was, without question, the worst parking experience I've had in Miami Beach. The facility appears nice at first, but the customer service and accessibility are extremely disappointing. At night, they require customers to walk up the vehicle ramp alongside moving cars instead of providing a safe pedestrian entrance. This is especially concerning for anyone with a disability or those using a wheelchair, as they are forced to push their wheelchair up the ramp. To make matters worse, the security staff refused to open the pedestrian door even after I presented my parking ticket. Their attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. I cannot recommend this parking facility. There are far better and safer options in Miami Beach. I strongly suggest parking elsewhere.

  Scam Garage! Do not park here! The ticket machine says $40 flat rate, Then when you try to leave hours later, they charge you $80!

  Avoid it. Took less than 5hrs had to pay $40 regardless. 10 min - 5Hrs expect to pay $40 flat.

  At least 35 cars stuck here cause they keep selling 40 dollars a day parking passes when it’s already full
