- JQJenny QuintanaJun 17, 20261.0My experience with Haulover Marine Center was incredibly frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. SPECIALLY WITH JERRY FONTE. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a stressful and time-consuming ordeal due to poor communication, lack of follow-through, and an overall disregard for customer satisfaction. I constantly found myself having to reach out for updates instead of receiving proactive communication. Expectations that were set were not met, and I was left feeling like my concerns were not being taken seriously. For a business that operates in an industry where trust and professionalism are so important, I expected a much higher standard of service. I left with the impression that customer relationships and accountability are not priorities. Management, including Jerry Fonte, should seriously reevaluate how customers are treated and how concerns are handled. No customer should feel ignored, dismissed, or frustrated after investing their time and money. There are many other businesses that value transparency, responsiveness, and customer service, and unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this one. I sincerely hope improvements are made so future customers do not go through the same disappointment that I experienced.
