Truly an excellent experience, that I had ,at this particular location. Both individuals ,a young lady who’s name I regrettably have forgotten (shout out to her just the same “YOU WERE GREAT” ) and a young man by the name of “Conor” … so glad that I found a R A C location that is great and that I will definitely be revisiting and doing business with !

Literally called us 4 times the week before our reservation to confirm the rental, then the moring of they called again and said they didn't have any cars and sent us to the airport location. Airport location didn't have any cars either and were even less helpful. Finally found a vehicle from Hertz, then no joke an hour later we got another call from Enterprise asking tp confirm our rental for that morning. Can't make this stuff up.

I had a really nice encounter with Mr. Kerry and Mr. Johnathan, the car I got was up to my expectations, in very good condition, the price was very affordable, and super tidy. I recommend renting a car from this place, especially because of the staff which was very entertaining!

I rented a car in West Palm Beach, and wanted to return it in Miami Beach near my house. Everyone was super helpful, and made dropping the car off here painless and took about 3 minutes! I have no complaints about this branch office at all, but in general, Enterprise (and maybe everyone) adds a bunch of junk fees to your rental that I suspect serve no point other than to add more profit to the real price. For example, without the junk fees, the rental was about $111, including sales tax. After junk fees, it was $142, for things like "Customer Facility Charge ($6.00/Day) $12.00, "Concession Recovery Fee" (11.11%) $11.74, and "Sc Rec - Fl Surchg Recov 2.00/day ($2.00/Day)."
