  Rude staff, not willing to make an effort to help in situations of out of town customers needing assistance. I am a member of Enterprise for 15 years and never experienced this level of prioritizing making a situation difficult…ever. Countless times my debit could be ran as credit. Larger holds, etc. All employees at this location went out of their way to make it impossible for me to book a rental car. This one incident has me not wanting to involve myself in Enterprise Rental in the future. Never coming here again.

  My husband and I had a terrible experience at the Miami south beach branch. We have been Enterprise customers for 4 years, and practically rent weekly from them. The young guy that helped us at this branch was unprofessional and disrespectful. Upon checking in, he insisted that we do not have a CC to proceed with our reservation, and needed to provide him departure flights to match our international drivers. He decided that my husband CC was a debit card and would not budge after providing him with proofs that it was indeed a CC. Not only that, he decided that $150 dollar drop fee was acceptable to drop the car off in Fort Lauderdale. We ended canceling our reservation from this branch and going to our usual branch in Fort Lauderdale where staff is friendly, polite and accommodating. Rented without issues. Definitely the worst experience we’ve had with enterprise over the years.

  I reserved a luxury vehicle from this location, i was told vehicle would be ready to go when i show up but problem was that the vehicle had a flat when i showed up 🤨. I was in a time crunch and was upset about this delay i could wait or get in whatever they had available which wasnt much. I ended up in a Mazda SUV it was alright but if is reserved and waiting for my pick up how did it show up with a flat 🤦‍♂️. Payton Neidel was branch rental Manager was nice and rewarded my account with some points. Took stars off for the inconvenience and hurdles. I would reserve here again but the whole point of reservations is so the vehicle is ready for you just leys and drive.

  Enterprise Has long been my favorite car rental company. Most recently When my car was in the body shop, they picked me up, made special efforts to find a car that best suited me, and even forgave the small gas charge. Yay Enterprise!
