- SRSadman rashidAug 21, 20261.0They gave our car to someone else, with all of our personal details on it. This is absolutely insane. How can such a serious mistake happen? We were then forced to wait for an entire hour before we could finally get our car. The staff was extremely unhelpful, and the whole experience was horrible. Very disappointed with the service.

I am a member of Enterprise for 15 years and never experienced this level of prioritizing making a situation difficult…ever. Countless times my debit could be ran as credit. Larger holds, etc. All employees at this location went out of their way to make it impossible for me to book a rental car. This one incident has me not wanting to involve myself in Enterprise Rental in the future. Never coming here again.

We have been Enterprise customers for 4 years, and practically rent weekly from them. The young guy that helped us at this branch was unprofessional and disrespectful. Upon checking in, he insisted that we do not have a CC to proceed with our reservation, and needed to provide him departure flights to match our international drivers. He decided that my husband CC was a debit card and would not budge after providing him with proofs that it was indeed a CC. Not only that, he decided that $150 dollar drop fee was acceptable to drop the car off in Fort Lauderdale. We ended canceling our reservation from this branch and going to our usual branch in Fort Lauderdale where staff is friendly, polite and accommodating. Rented without issues. Definitely the worst experience we’ve had with enterprise over the years.
