  Great experience at Alamo Miami Beach! I had a fantastic experience renting from this location. David and Jordan were incredibly helpful and professional, making the whole process smooth and easy. They provided us with a brand-new, high-quality car that was perfect for our trip.We drove all the way from Key West to Sawgrass Mills, and the car handled beautifully throughout the entire journey. It made our Florida road trip so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend this branch, especially if you get to work with David or Jordan! Will definitely rent from here again!

  The process of renting the car was very easy and smooth, which was definitely a plus. The vehicles are also in excellent condition, making the overall driving experience very enjoyable. However, it’s important to be careful with the contract, as it is not entirely clear. In our case, we were initially quoted USD 1,300 for 11 days, but an additional charge of USD 450 for insurance was added later, which had not been disclosed beforehand. I also contacted customer service to ask for clarification, but the representative was unable to provide a clear explanation regarding this additional charge. I would recommend double-checking all the details and final costs before confirming the reservation to avoid any unexpected charges.

  Excelente experiencia en Abril 2026! No solo fue el costo mas adecuado de alquiler y sin sorpresas, sino que la experiencia administrativa y calidad del auto (casi 0km) fue excelente. Un capítulo aparte de reconocimiento para los colaboradores de esta sucursal que fueron eficientes, amables, amistosos y correctísimos! Excelente detalle entregar tarjetas con sus nombres y contactos por cualquier problema o consulta. Bien por Alamo! Por otro lado otro reconocimiento al personal en el área de retorno en el aeropuerto, a las 5 am de excelente humor y haciendo la experiencia de retorno super fácil! Sin dudarlo se recomienda plenamente. Sigan así!
