  I want to give a huge thank you to David for providing outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we got the best rental car for our needs. You can genuinely tell that he loves what he does, and it shows in the way he treats his customers. The entire process was quick, smooth, and stress free. The prices were very affordable, and I have absolutely no complaints about this rental company. Thanks to David’s professionalism and dedication, this was one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. I would definitely rent from here again and highly recommend both David and this company to anyone looking for excellent service!

  By far the kindest and most patient company. As we arrived a customer was being really complicated but I observed as the worker was extremely patient and gracious with her, answering her many many concerns. Then when he got to us, he was helpful and found us a car right away. ( btw this was our second spot, as AVIS promised us a car and when we got there there would be a two hour wait minimum as the car we wanted was at the owners house.) However, at Alamo they took care of us right away and gave my husband and I some tips along the way for our trip from Miami to The Keys celebrating 20 years of marriage. Also Jordan Adam’s was so professional, polite and caring. By far the best experience at a car rental spot ever. Thank you for making a bad experience much better.

  Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben sich gut mit uns unterhalten. Sie waren sehr lustig. Wir haben eine gute Einweisung bekommen und auch die Rückgabe war reibungslos.

  Rented a vehicle from Orlando to Miami and the service recieved especially from David was exceptional.. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness... After hours drop off is available at this location... The was clean and in good condition
