  I will never get my car washed here again. I have tried many of the washes and they seem to get worse. After a wash, my car is still covered in soap and many areas of the car have not even been hit with water. The least expensive wash is $13.00 and is not worth it.

  BROKE MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS TWICE! Customers be warned. I don’t put up reviews unless something serious happened. I’ve been a monthly Member of this wash for the past year and everything was great until i noticed about a month ago some of their equipment in the wash (particularly the large roller at the end) would slam down hard on the front area of the car. On two separate occasions, their equipment broke my windshield wiper. Let be clear, they weren’t running they were in their usual resting pace at the bottom of the windshield and this roller slammed into them and snapped them off on two separate car washes. This second time was so bad it cracked it in half and they had to stop the car wash to get the piece out of the roller. Now I calmly went to talk to management, and was told that this was my issue. The sign out front says we patrons carry all liability for damage to our cars. I couldn’t believe that was their position. I completely understand that if i did something stupid during the car wash that’s on me but any business is responsible if their service causes damage or harm to you or your property. Do not use this place! I’m now out $100 buying the new wiper blade twice for my Escalade, and they refused to refund me anything or offer to cover a new blade. I canceled my membership immediately.

  Came from the SW of Florida and needed to get the bugs off and it was a great wash for just basic. Has all the tools for cleaning the inside of car along the side. Will come back when I’m in town.

  Go elsewhere for your car wash... unless you want to pay extra for tire shine to be applied to yours tires and come out with ZERO tire shine actually applied to your tires. This has often been a problem here for years now, but I'll never go back since they obviously don't care about it. If you ask for a refund because you paid for something you didn't get, they'll tell you sure - no problem, but will never actually process any refund at all.

  Did not clean car from bugs being splattered along with soap scum marks. When my car was initially being scrubbed before entering completely into car wash the brush from the guy scrubbing the windshield left dark purple-black like residue that I had to scrub off myself. The tires was not cleaned as black residue was still covering the rims completely. This is my first experience with using Whistle Express and I am not pleased with the results.
