I'm currently in the middle of the claims process with this location and the manager is nearly impossible to track down and does not respond after many attempts via email. Seem like a great group of young adults that work there, but unfortunately are not trained properly in the damage process when it comes to filing damage reports and the manager never seems to be around when I show up. If management or a customer service agent sees this, I'm still waiting on a response...do the right thing and take some accountability.
