  I truly am super picky when it comes to car washes. This place truly goes above and beyond. We have bought and also used free coupons and are treated well regardless. They are always happy and make you want to return. Our truck doesn’t come out with water spots and our tires are always clean. They even asked if he could help dry off the truck without wanting anything for it. I highly recommend.

  I recently went through Tommy’s Express Car wash with my BMW x5, and a windshield molding came off. Employees saw this and saved the piece. Next time I showed up I retrieve the piece and employees thought it could be glued back on. Skeptical I went to BMW who stated the glue compromised the piece and a new one was needed. When I went back to Tommy’s Express, they did not it was there fault and said they could have fixed the molding, and so they would reimburse me for the part. This makes Tommy’s Express Car Wash “use at your own risk” ! I instantly cancelled my membership.

  I am a member and want to like it so badly. It’s the only wash that can take my lifted and wide Jeep Gladiator, so I’m extremely happy to have it. However, my Jeep is new and still has a dealer plate and every single time I go to get a wash- the cashier cannot comprehend what I’m telling them. They act as though they “short circuit” and glaze over. Then, the young man working wanted to come over and mansplain to me- an almost 40 year old woman- how to vacuum my car. I assure you, sir, I am aware of how it works. So- basically- I have no choice but to come here but please better train your staff.
