  I've been to many Tire Kingdom and Mavis shops and I must say this is one of the best! They are located on 192 By the mall. The store manager Jazz Morales goes above and beyond to help his customers. He is professional, patient and very good at solving issues with your car. The service manager Trevor is also very professional , and willing to help his customers with no questions asked. The shop and waiting area is comfortable The technicians are experienced and very efficient. I give this place a five star

  We had an early morning flat tire with no spare. We arrived with the before Tire Kingdom opened, about 7:30am. Robert had just walked up and said they were not open until 8am and he had to set up. That’s reasonable. So we went next door to the other guys (open) and they offered to replace the tire when it came in at 9am. So, we walked back to Tire Kingdom with the flat tire and Robert then said everything was up and running and “let me see what I can do”. He and his team worked on the tire before they opened and we got out of there around 8:05 with a new tire that was half the price of the other guys. Thank you Robert! Thank you Tire Kingdom!

  I had a great experience with Jazz at Tire Kingdom. He was very professional, explained exactly what was wrong with my tire, and had it fixed quickly. The service was fast, friendly, and reliable. I truly appreciate all of his help and will definitely recommend this location to others. It’s nice knowing I can count on them. Thanks again, Jazz!!!

  I have a special needs son that went to their location due to a tire light being on. They were extremely patient with my son & extremely helpful in an extremely stressful situation due to the fact that he lives an hour away. The staff was amazing and got him in and out quickly, and I couldn’t be more thankful. As a parent with a special needs adult son, it’s truly a blessing when you encounter a staff like this… thank you!!!

  These guys are amazing! I woke up with an alert on my phone that my tire was likely flat, I walked in at 8AM. John was here and ready to help me and my daughter. They fixed it and were just a complete joy to chat with and took care of our car efficiently and professionally. I originally came here out of convenience because they were the closest location to us at the time but now they have a new customer for life :). Thank you John and everyone at Tire Kingdom for your help today. This is the kind of customer service everyone needs in their life 😊😊😊
