  Safelite of Melbourne hit it out of the park in every aspect. They moved customers very efficiently through the process. My Technician was very cordial and did a great job. With the number of cars I have had and my round trip travel to Orlando, I have had my share of cracked windshields. Safelite has earned my trust and respect and will continue to be my "Go-to" location for any future needs.

  After securing an appointment with Safelite for a small repair and taking a work truck out of commission, Safelite never showed up for the appointment. We waited an entire day with our vehicle at our residence with plenty of workspace for the technician. At five o’clock, after no update, we called the main number to check on the status of our anticipated repair. At this time we were told that someone cancelled our appointment after they were not able to locate our vehicle. It is clear the technician did not care to work or follow up with the customer, isn’t this why we provide a phone number so the tech can reach us when in doubt? The store manager took the tech at face value and ignored a paying customer, shame on them for not bothering to reach out either. The vehicle is rather large and hard to miss.

  Very professional job replacing windshield. Previously had a moisture leak somewhere around the windshield seal. After replacing windshield the seal was tested by heavy rains which, revealed the leak had been eliminated. Appreciate their attention to detail by establishing a leak proof seal that has prevented moisture intrusion. Thank you, Safelite.

  Progressive uses them for their windshield and auto glass replacement. So I made an appointment with them I stayed home all day ... No one showed up no one called no One knocked on my door. Then after no show I called and I got three different excuses as to why.. the first one was they reached out to me and I didn't respond which is not true! The second one is they didn't get confirmation for my auto insurance. I already told them I'm it's a self-pay. They gave me a quote I accepted it and no one showed up. So I will not use Safelite ever. I have a private business and I made two customers very unhappy because I didn't show up for them that day!

  The technician that replaced, my windshield left glue all over the inside and outside of my windshield and touched my windshield washer fluid hoses, which was underneath the hood of my van that he had no business, touching and broke it, and when I called to have them addressed the situation and fix it. They basically called me a liar and said that they would still replace it as a courtesy because the technician said that it was loose and he did touch it, but it was the plastic piece that was snapped off that had their glue put on it as if he tried to fix it and he never mentioned it to me at all when I got the keys back from him. They said that they were going to fix it on Monday between eight and five. it’s Tuesday and I never received a call at all. And that was after they wanted me to drive 45 minutes out to their shop to have it done knowing that I had scheduled them to come to me for a specific reason I work full-time and I have an elementary school age child I don’t have time to be driving all the way to Melbourne because a rock hit my car and their technician broke something on my vehicle
