  Absolutely horrific. No one knows anything that is going on. 4 times our vehicle was in their possession for a cracked windshield. One person would tell us one thing, another would tell us something else. Will never recommend them to anyone. Front desk women had major attitude, seemed like she hated her job. The worst experience I have ever had with this company.

  To get your best value, you need to pay cash and also need to go into the office if you do that you will save money. Excellent company the tech came out to my home and did an excellent job very professional and hard-working. Highly recommend this company over others.

  I went to file a claim through ins and book for mobile with ins. I got a call from someone at Safelite themselves and they wanted to book in shop instead. They were VERY PUSHY. I have a work schedule with patients that I cannot just shift around and and they still kept trying with every reason from they are having issues with calibration out on the road for mobile and that they are even open Friday and Saturdays. People still work Friday and Saturdays so that information does nothing for me. I finally just gave in and scheduled for a Friday to drop it off because she was getting on my damn nerves. I even said I did not want to wait at the shop for 2-3 hours for the job to be complete. Their first available appointment was over a week away. I then asked what would be the appropriate time for it to be completed because I am leaving town that afternoon. She then told me since you aren't waiting it wouldn't be the first car worked on and it would just be when we have a technician available. This pissed me off even more as I already gave in to the shop appointment. She couldnt provide a timeframe for other than it would be before 5pm. I ended up reopening my claim and going with another company who was able to get someone mobile to me in LESS THAN A WEEK. My windshield is already replaced as this appointment would have been this Friday. I canceled this appointment because the lack of customer service, and lack of interest in appointment quality or timeframe. I would recommend staying away from Safelite if you can.

  Very disappointed by customer service and management. A technician came to our home and called but did not come to the door. Mind you he didn’t even leave a voicemail explaining he had come and left. As a mom of a 2 year old and just a human being in general sometimes phone calls get missed. I called back 15 min later and got no response and the tech had no voicemail set up. We called again later on. Same result. At the end of the window we called customer service and were told by them and management all they have to do is call upon arrival. Not take the extra step to ring or knock on your door. The manager did add that they should wait 15 min after calling and send a text, neither of which our tech did, but she didn’t seem to care that he did neither. Just continued to tell me he had to move on to other jobs There was no acknowledgment of this frustration. No courtesy or genuine understanding of how frustrating the situation was. We have to use Safelite through GEICO but if you have a choice I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you want to be respected for your time and treated like a valued customer.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Satelite Glass and would not recommend them. I first scheduled a home service appointment. The technician arrived, but after looking at my vehicle (for which they already had all the details in advance), he said they couldn’t complete the work and that I would need to bring it into the shop instead. I then made a shop appointment for 10:00 AM. I arrived on time, only to be told they wouldn’t even bring my car into the bay until 11:15 AM. Once it was finally in, I waited another hour and a half before any work even started. The lack of communication and respect for my time was extremely frustrating. Between the wasted home service visit and the long delays at the shop, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with an auto glass company. If you value punctuality and efficiency, I suggest looking elsewhere.
