  The technician was great. He called me before he arrived to give me an ETA. He showed up 15 minutes early. I positioned the car for him. He said he would be done in approximately 45 minutes and sure enough he was pretty spot on. He was very professional and easy to talk too. This is the second time we have used Safelite since moving to FL. Highly recommend them.

  They can't keep their appointments! You can't get a person on the line. The shops don't answer their phones. They hold you hostage trying to reschedule, now reschedule again... Choose a different company and save yourself some grief! This company is unreliable and completely wastes your time.

  In my 60 plus years on this planet I can say this is company has been the worst company I have EVER done business with. I highly advise anyone considering entering into a business transaction with them to think otherwise. My wife scheduled this company to come out to our house to replace the cracked windshield on our SUV. The tech could not get the rear view mirror from falling off. He asked us to go to the local shop and have them fix the problem. So if your thinking them coming out to your house is convenient think twice. The shop was full of people waiting to get service. The next day my wife calls to tell me the head liner was coming down above her. I have now placed 2 calls to their warranty department to have zero interaction with a human and no return call. You cannot talk to a single person. Call the shop you get their AI BS. It is obvious they have zero intention of standing behind their work, otherwise they would have telephone interaction. I will now have to get my insurance company involved or have the local police department write a report for a future court case. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND THE HASSLE BY NOT GIVING THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

  Well, I try not to complain but in this case I feel that I need to. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00am with a window till 12:00 did not hear anything so I called at 12:30 the advisor tried to get a hold of the tech and he couldn't so the tech called me back at 1:30 to say he is still coming ok great! So I waited and called him at 3:00 no answer then he calls me back a 4:00 says its a two person job and that he is waiting on the other tech. OK i said. Then he calls me at 5:00 says there is know one available to help him. He calls the office and try's to find help. Finially he calls back and says he will not be able to do the job today. I right away get an email from safelite they booked another appointment. Didn't ask nothing. I had to call them the next day and tell them that did will not work and talked to them about my experience. They said that they would email the Melbourne store manager about this and see what kind of discount they can give me and that he as in NICK would call me back. No call so I did setup another appointment and they did come out and replace my windshield. I am still waiting on Nick to call me and I think that I should be compensated heavily for what they have put me through. I pulled my van out of making our company money for basically two days and for me having to be here all day waiting on something that didn't even happen that day. So So unprofessional. Safelite you should honestly fire all the managers there for this is the worst experience I have ever had from a service provider! still waiting on the discount!

  I took my car to safelite to the Melbourne location back in May. The first issue was the constant change in appointment on their behalf because of not having the windshield. Then when I take it and get the job done, while I’m driving home I realized the water nozzle on the car was not spraying. Another 30 + minute drive to Melbourne to fix something that should have been done right the first time. I’m a mother of two toddlers with a very busy schedule of therapy for them. I get back to the shop and a tech comes out and says the guy who worked on it didn’t put it back correctly. When my husband gets home and sees it for him self cause I don’t know any better, tells me it’s cracked. I leave, get home and I need to open my trunk. I feel the switch loose. It’s jiggling. Funny that was not like that just a few days ago. Behold, it’s broken. I press the switch to open the trunk and bam the thing is hanging from one side. I don’t even know why they were back there. I had to pay almost $400 to get it replaced. I didn’t even want to bother with them anymore and make another trip for what ? Are they going to fix my trunk switch ? No. So now, just for getting the windshield replaced actually cost me almost $800. They didn’t even have the decency to tell me that something broke. Or even to check to make sure the water nozzle was in the right place. I wish the dealer would do this job and not another company but I had no choice but to go through them because of my insurance. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and if you do go, CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE !
