- TSTheron Stanford5 days ago2.0I had to go to this location 3 times windshield was installed twice to have one windshield replaced. The whole process took about a week and a half...one windshield. God forbid your vehicle needs OEM glass! The process will suck the life energy from you

This whole process was so inept from start to finish I can't really even be angry...No show on first appointment, reschedule failed to calibrate front windshield then blamed glass. Then No show for follow up appointment. Never ordered replacement glass...Took to another place that fixed it in an hour with existing glass. Please, in the name of all that is holy, do not waste your time here.
- KMKent MillaySep 27, 20262.0I would recommend using a different windshield replacement company. Nation's Auto Glass in Melbourne U S. 1 and 192 area was awesome. As far as Safelite...I got sucked in by their catchy advertising song. Got online and received an appointment that day...Ai said they had my windshield in stock...however, when I arrived, they said "we have it in warehouse...two days from now". I lost 1/2 day of work...nice! Next, I asked about getting the same sun band at top of glass..."nope, we can't get those anymore"...really Nation's glass had no problem getting one for me and replaced it when they said they would. My friend also had a horrible experience with Safelite, but told me after I had made my appointment. I thought I would still give them a try. Front desk gal seemed a little overwhelmed and of course didn't mention I could get the windshield I wanted from a different shop. Makes me think Safelite is making more of a profit off insurance companies with inferior glass products. Also, although the installer had a pleasant explanation of what to expect, he did initially offer to fix the cracked star with a quicker touch up, that however, would still be visible...really, I was "there to have it replaced. I would definitely "not recommend" Safelite and would go to adifferent company.

I voiced my concerns and they answered all my questions. I was having my windshield replaced but I have a Honda 2022 pilot and it's not just a quick replacement of a windshield as my ABA sensor stuff is attached to it so it's a bigger job. They were all super helpful and a specific shout out to Joel for making me feel at ease. Awesome service!
